I took my 2021 Chevy trax with 70,000 mile on it for a 89.99 oil change. Service tech tried to charge me $140 telling me that I require a special oil cause my car has high mileage also told me that I'm supposed to get my oil changed every 3000 miles. Well, first of all my car requires an oil change every 7500 miles and the car tells me so and I use synthetic oil. Also, it took an hour for this service to be done. Not sure if my tech was Jordan or Jaiden but they don't know what they're talking about and as far as I'm concerned, they're crooks! I feel bad for the guy that was there at the same time as me that got charged $300 for his oil change totally taken advantage of. I won't be going there again. read more

I got my oil changed and filter, and air filter. They gave us a water because it was hot. They put air in my tires, and checked my fluids. Their very nice and close to home. My Mom was with me, and we didn't have to get out of the car. It's fast, convenient, and all the tech's, etc.. were very nice. read more

I have been coming here for two years and find the associates all friendly and quick but I discovered that the corporate office is deceitful with the mileage sticker while it states refill needed on a specific mileage it is quickly told its a top off mark and not a required oil change . So for two years I have been paying for an oil change at the halfway point and not as needed and no one cares to explain this too you. On top of it I use synthetic oil so corporate greed can rip us all off!!! read more

If I could give them more stars I would. Fast (probably 7 minutes from the time I pulled up) and friendly and professional. They bring you a bottle of water as soon as you pull up! I never leave my driver's seat. They do a decent check of your fluids and tire pressure and top off windshield wiper fluid. They might be just slightly higher than Walmarts price. But the speed at which they do their job and never leaving your seat is worth it. I highly recommend the one at 1525 U.S. Hwy 19, Holiday, FL 34691 But I bet they are all awesome. First time customer here. Wonderful service. I was presented a fresh bottle of water while I waited. Would definitely recommend and revisit this location! Positives: Great customer service. Gilberto the manger was awesome to work with. He was very attentive, very appreciative, and very helpful. This is a newer location, so while he was paying attention to me and 3 other customers, he was training 2 other technicians. His training showed in them as both techs were great customer oriented and followed his lead well. Negatives: although I know this location is new, I think management sure ensure that this location is fully staffed. Poor gentleman were hustling and the result of this caused a little long wait time. Still, would definitely come back and i like the cleanliness of this location. Well done! read more

Got a routine oil change. After that I left from take 5 oil change garage and went to the Walmart nearby. Saw my car was leaking oil and had to go back to the Take 5 garage for them to take a look. They said they didn't screw on the gasket filter tight enough and it leaked oil. Luckily my engine didn't blow up on the way back to their garage, but thankful they resolved the issue and apologized. They were taking responsibility for their mistake but I won't go to this place again because when your paying $70 for an oil change, you shouldn't have to deal with problems of that magnitude read more

Andrew and Q are the best. They stayed late to give me an oil change even though they were about to leave. These guys are the best. Topped off all the fluids. Check all the tires air pressure and even washed the windows. I will definitely be going back because of the great service I got! They both deserve a raise! This is the best place to get your routine car service done! I bring my own oil, oil filter and air filter (when needed) and they do the service for about $30! They check everything on the car, tire pressure, and top off fluids. Pretty quick. I don't live in this area anymore but whenever I am in town I plan to get my oil changed at this location. Guess I just came in on a bad day. Oil change took over 30 minutes due to them not having the ability to replace the engine splash cover properly. Within 24 hours it came crashing down while driving on US 19. I took it back to them and showed them what happened. Bill the manager there assured me that it was intact and would repair it. 20 minutes after I left the shop it came crashing down again and cracked in many places. I then filed a complaint with their customer service online and sent hem a PDF of my invoice but alas I have not heard from them. This may indeed be a good organization but the incompetency of the people at the Holiday Florida location is costing me money. Take 5 may be a competent company but please stay away from the Holiday Florida location. They are not that bright. read more
