The main issue is that he inputted the wrong amount for my total. Instead of $134, he put $1,430 as the total. I noticed this after I put in my pin and pointed it out. The employee denied that he put in the wrong amount, despite the fact that I could see the error. When my card declined for insufficient funds, he said it must be a WiFi issue. He then restarted the transaction for the correct amount and the card went through no problem. I get that typos happen and I'm not really upset about that part. I'm annoyed that the employee refused to acknowledge the issue and monologued for three straight minutes that he would never do such a thing.

I could not be more grateful for this team! I called in the evening before (it was close to their closing time) and was told to bring in my car first thing in the morning. Bob + team were so friendly, speedy and knowledgeable. I was able to get in and out with just a tire patch in under an hour. The patch only costed me a little over $30 and Bob gave me a quote also for new tires come this winter if I want. I will be recommending this spot to all my local friends! Thanks again.

I made the mistake of trusting this jiffylube to complete a simple oil change on my 2015 Honda Fit…read more I had my oil change done on 9/20/2023 and by 9/21/2023 my plastic cover that covers the bottom of the engine compartment was dragging and falling off. I was in Cleveland when I noticed and attempted to temporarily secure it to get home I cut my hand and chipped a nail in the process as well due to their error along with likely irreparable damage to the plastic engine cover. This engine cover was just replaced less than 6 months ago because when I bought the car it was missing. They couldn't even do a simple job of properly putting it back how they found it. I only went here because my regular mechanic was backed up and I figured it was an oil change how hard could it be. I should have looked at the reviews for this location sooner because they obviously pay little to not attention to detail and have done this before per their 1st review. I will be going up there first thing in the morning and requesting the replacement cost of the part plus to speak with the franchise owner. Please keep in mind I had to deal with this trying to come home from a Guardians game at 11:00 pm at night and lay on the ground on the side of the freeway to do the temporary and I just had surgery two weeks ago so I shouldn't have even been doing this but I had to get home. I will never ever use a jiffy lube location again and sure as heck not this one. I think maybe they need to investment in some better techs.
