I made the mistake of trusting this jiffylube to complete a simple oil change on my 2015 Honda Fit…read more I had my oil change done on 9/20/2023 and by 9/21/2023 my plastic cover that covers the bottom of the engine compartment was dragging and falling off. I was in Cleveland when I noticed and attempted to temporarily secure it to get home I cut my hand and chipped a nail in the process as well due to their error along with likely irreparable damage to the plastic engine cover. This engine cover was just replaced less than 6 months ago because when I bought the car it was missing. They couldn't even do a simple job of properly putting it back how they found it. I only went here because my regular mechanic was backed up and I figured it was an oil change how hard could it be. I should have looked at the reviews for this location sooner because they obviously pay little to not attention to detail and have done this before per their 1st review. I will be going up there first thing in the morning and requesting the replacement cost of the part plus to speak with the franchise owner. Please keep in mind I had to deal with this trying to come home from a Guardians game at 11:00 pm at night and lay on the ground on the side of the freeway to do the temporary and I just had surgery two weeks ago so I shouldn't have even been doing this but I had to get home. I will never ever use a jiffy lube location again and sure as heck not this one. I think maybe they need to investment in some better techs.

One of the employees immediately took my information, got some information from my car and ushered me to the waiting area with surprisingly comfortable couches. I had expressed a minor concern about how the steering wheel felt and he was nice enough to print out some information from Toyota - apparently I could get an upgrade from a Toyota service center for free in the next 2 weeks to fix this issue! After they were done with my car (took an hour, like they said), he was also nice enough to go over some driving/maintenance tips to help extend the life of my car. I appreciate that even though I paid half the usual price for the services, they were still extremely helpful and efficient. The only downside is that I have to travel far to get there, but I would definitely consider going back to them.

Turns out I had tire choice do some front end repair work not only did they do a shitty job and I…read morehad to have it all redone at my expense another $1600, but I let them do my oil change and they screwed up the oil housing filter with the spring in it, which is now starved my motor from oil which, since I had to get the front end, repaired a second time from a better shop, I am now finding out that because of what they did, they starved my engine for oil and now I have valves ticking all over the place! I would not recommend any of the people that work at that particular tire choice to even change my tire. I will be calling their corporate headquarters in the morning and I will get satisfaction and my engine fixed.
