The employee denied that he put in the wrong amount, despite the fact that I could see the error. When my card declined for insufficient funds, he said it must be a WiFi issue. He then restarted the transaction for the correct amount and the card went through no problem. I get that typos happen and I'm not really upset about that part. I'm annoyed that the employee refused to acknowledge the issue and monologued for three straight minutes that he would never do such a thing.
