OK fine...so we gave them another chance months later when it was time for another oil change. This time the same thing happened!! We do NOT need oil stains in our driveway and garage!! Then after they cleaned it up the second time... We started to smell oil in our car!!! My husband checked and they DID NOT PUT THE CAP on correctly!!!! So oil with splattering all over our engine!!!!! This could cost someone their motor!!! And do you really think Valvoline would pay for a new motor??? NO! The manager Noah was there both times.. either he does not know how to manage and train his people or he is just a bad manager. We will not go back.

While I had to wait about 10 minutes for my car to be serviced, I was offered a water and the time moved quickly. It is important to note there was only one person working and two cars in before me. Wait times: Generally, wait times at this store are pretty long. This is a very busy location. Peak times appear to be weeknights and weekends.
