I took my vehicle to a local mechanic, and he said the cap wasn't thread correctly, so oil had been spewing out onto my engine, thus causing the burning smell. After finding this out, I took my car back to Valvoline to explain what happened. They said they would 'look on their cameras' to see what happened. Two days later (on a Friday) I got a call and they said they reviewed the cameras and the cap was put on tight, and they were taking 0 responsibility. After stressing that nobody had touched the car after the oil change, they said they would bring it the manager, and he would call me Monday. I didn't receive a follow up call until Saturday, and it was from an assistant manager. They said the manager reviewed the footage and isn't taking any responsibility. I argued on the phone for quite some time, before being told they weren't going to do anything and it was final. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said the manager wasn't there and he had tried calling me on Monday. I never received a phone call or voicemail from the Manager. I spoke with a dealership about getting my engine cleaned and they said it will cost around $200, assuming it only takes them an hour. I paid $130 for the oil change. As I see it, I'm essentially out $330 because of a mistake they won't own up to. After reading other reviews on here, it's clear that this establishment never takes ownership for their mistakes. There is another instant oil change place that opened up across the street from them (Take 5 Instant Oil Change). You would think with direct competition now, they would care for their customers more. If you value your money, time, and vehicle, go somewhere else for an oil change.

I really appreciated the timeliness since I have experienced other tire centers where the work may not start for another 30min-1hr after showing up for your appointment. The work was also completed on time, and there was no pushiness for other services. Overall really great value for getting all 4 tires done! The location is near a large strip mall with many restaurants to kill the time. There is also a small waiting area with tables in the location. I really enjoyed my visit and definitely recommend coming here!

I had just had my car in at a different shop and they were in the green at 9mm. I then took it to another shop the next day and the rear brakes were at 9mm still. I definitely felt like because I was a woman they were trying to take advantage of me and I would not recommend taking your car here at all.

The one thing I like about Automotive Procare is that they take pictures and send you information on exactly what was checked, what is looking wrong. It was nice to see that issues I brought up in the past at other auto shops weren't addressed, such as air filter issues. Here, they seem to access the whole car! They also provide a shuttle to get ya home as they work on your car, which is a plus for me. Following the full car assessment, I wish I got a call regarding the quote, rather I had to call in to get the quote as I waited for quite awhile. They did ask to keep my car overnight to look at it in the morning which I said yes too. I called in late afternoon the following day as I was concerned I didn't get a call back. Which they replied it's been good and ready all day. It would've been nice to get a call since I had to push back a lot of errands. Overall, I'm happy with the service. I can't say if I know the cost of my services was fair or not, but my car is in working order again!

Car was used as employee transport and they smoked. As a dealership why would you allow that? Didn't get a chance to thank them for the cracked rim, or leaky exhaust. Or they straight up lied about even the cabin air filter being changed, it was caked with debris, oh and the broken sway bar is a plus. Don't recommend this dealer.
