Starting off, I just wanted to say Shasity was probably the most personable and chillest worker I've ever interacted with, which made everything so much better. I know I overpaid but it's okay because the worker's were fair and kind. 120.99 for 4.8qts is kinda crazy but it's whatever, but 84.98 for a cabin and air filter is crazy especially for ecoguard. Thankfully I was just in a pinch so it's whatever, but definitely not something to consider all the time to go for an oil change. read more

Went to get oil changed and used our oil. Employee takes oil AND Auto Zone bag out from our trunk. They never put bag back and now it has become a hassle to get ahold of anyone at this store or HR. They stole spark plugs from us and delayed our trip. Beyond frustrating that none of these managers have the gall to speak with us. When I went to to speak with them last Wednesday (June 28th) I spoke with an employee who 1) said he though he heard about that... hmm from another employee? Cuz, it sounds like that could be the case and 2) apologized for the situation. Why you apologizing for? Why you gonna say you heard about it? That's so sketchy. Take 5 oil change Not sure what's going on. I called and was quoted a price for synthetic blend in the price range $50-$60 and when I got to the location was told over $100. Where is that difference going? So, will be doing my oil change at the dealer. I needed my inspection paperwork done as well and the female kept having issues with my high beams which work perfectly...then she had a problem with my windshield wiper, where there was no issue. Manager came and wouldn't pass me unless I bought wipers from them. I always have the dealer check everything on my vehicle when it's seen and it was just seen two weeks ago. I keep up with my vehicle more than the average person. As I was leaving, the manager yelled "AINT NOBODY ELSE GONNA PASS YOU EITHER!" I went to the dealership and was passed. Y'all have an issue with this manager at this location (FM78) I have no idea what the issue was. I have veteran plates that support police. Could one of those been the issue? read more

Unethical business organization. If service goes well, your lucky!! if something goes wrong, no one available from management/corporate. They stripped my oil pan drain bolt so they put a temp plug.. Two weeks later no response from anyone, made three trip back gave me more excuses and still no response. I had to pay almost $900 to replace oil pan or I would still be broke down. Who has $900 to spend on unplanned repairs these days. Next step is to call local media, BBB or veteran support groups for any help. PLEASE avoid my mistake trusting this company!! read more

This is for the Take5 on 7545, Hwy 78, San Antonio, 210-547-1788. Horrible service, totally disrespectful, and aggressive/abusive service members. Derreck and Lex who are service members they should be reprimanded or removed from working with the public as both are the most disrespectful and rudest people in your service industry. I was quoted on the phone the exact price and given a discount coupon for an oil change after giving my car info (Model & Make). I came in the 1st time on Sunday, June 30th and the line was out the door. The service members were working on one car at a time so all three bays were full and had three cars in line outside the bay. After waiting one hour and only one car was being serviced in that hour so I left. I came back the next day on July 1 the 2nd time. The coupon for 15% off the economy. So I came in the next day on Monday morning at 9am and they tell me I can't have the $49 oil change I have to get the $85 one. Lex is the girl that works there and was rude and abusive to your customers, Derrick the man that worked there was equally abusive and disrespectful, both should be remanded for their behavior and hostile attitude. I came in for service not to be yelled at by your employees who insisted I had to buy the most expensive oil change and refused to sell me anything but that. When I asked them to check what was on my last service record they refused and told me to leave. I went to another oil service and had the oil change I required without problems. Your staff needs training and instruction on how to deal with customers before you lose all your customers. I will tell everyone I know of what happened, I will also post this on social media telling everyone of your hostile and abusive nature you allow for your employees to have with customers. Obviously, you hire anyone who comes in your door and you should be assuring your customers don't have to suffer from your industry hiring anyone off the street or from lack of service due to your service members. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to address the conduct of your employees, Lex and Derrick. Customer service should be the cornerstone of any business, and the behavior I encountered falls far short of acceptable standards. read more

Spend over 30 minutes waiting to find out they have none of the oil I need unless I want to get the higher priced oils. At this point it's get it done just to get out. The set up they have here is terrible too as if you get around the building and see a long line you are stuck. I spent the excessive amount for a higher priced oil because this store is out of stock on most. They don't have their castrol high mileage oil due to winter storm and still have not fixed what needed to be fixed to have it in stock. Very disappointed and won't be back.
