By sheer luck, we were just 0.2 miles from Mavis, where we've always had great service on our truck tires. Josh, the manager, came right out to check. Unfortunately, Mavis wasn't equipped to fix a boat trailer with the boat loaded. But instead of just sending us away, Josh immediately found a nearby boat repair shop that could help. Then--going completely above and beyond--he insisted on following behind us in his own car with flashers on while we limped a mile down busy Rt. 50 at 10 mph. That peace of mind made all the difference in a very stressful situation. Josh had a busy store to run, but still took the time to look out for us. That kind of genuine care is rare, and it speaks volumes about him and about Mavis as a company. We're incredibly grateful to Josh for his kindness, resourcefulness, and willingness to go out of his way for complete strangers. Because of him, we're customers for life.
