They were able to promptly pull me into a bay, where they gave me a bottle of water while I waited. They have several different options of oils, and the mechanic knew which options were best for my car. I got my car in August and have not done much to it since. I was able to get everything done there (air filter changed, coolant changed, etc). They talked me through everything and were very transparent with all they were doing. It took maybe 15 minutes for all that to be done, and I know it was done well. Trent was able to give me a discount as well, that was much appreciated. This is a good spot for a one stop quick shop!

My concern was getting there shortly after 5 PM, the young lady was more than encouraging to have me come in that evening. When I got there, I was greeted and guided into a bay. My typical information was taken, and the prices were explained clearly. The shop and the waiting room were very very clean. I'm excited to know that this is a place I can go for that oil change when I need it. They also rotated my tires for me which was overdue.

They have bent over backwards for me several times when i have been in need. Also, from a year ago: Went to these guys for a full synthetic oil change on 5/23/23 -- their price was $30 cheaper than Jiffy Lube! Then, coincidentally, as I was leaving town at 1230 on 5/26 on 74, my steering wheel started shuddering whenever I steered toward the right at high speed. Immediately turned back to Grease Monkey. Alan accompanied me on a test drive all the way from Monkey Junction back onto 74 to troubleshoot, ordered two control arms on the spot, shoehorned me into their schedule and had me back on the road by 4:30PM.
