They stripped the drain plug on my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee Hemi 5.7 and even with video of it happening and Jeep estimate their insurance company denied the claim and it is going to cost us $1600 to fix it. Called and asked for pricing on synthetic oil change. I was told $93 before taxes including the extra qt of oil and they gave us a $25 off coupon making it $68. Take 5 is a 10 minute oil change. We pulled up with 1 person in front of us and 1 in the bay almost finished. Took 20 minutes to finish that car, then the person in front of us pulled in took another 20 minutes. Then they took the person behind us before us. Runako, the manager, lied and said "we won't work on them until your started". That car was almost done by time we were pulled into the bay. Then took 20 minutes to do our oil change. They tried to fill the windshield washer fluid with water, my husband told them no. Did not check air filters, tire pressure, coolant, wiper blades, or transmission fluid as they stated on their invoice. Then the guy tells us $100, we told him we have a coupon and he goes and comes back and says it's still $100. Then the other guy Alex hops in and figures it out comes back and said $69. We say ok and give him payment. Then he comes back and says the manager Runako said he can't do it for that price it's $77. Runako had not been seen since he blatantly lied in our face. He was in the pit the entire time. Never once came to handle the situation. At this point I told my husband just pay it so we can get the hell out of here. I was livid. Took 7 minutes for them to charge us and come back. With one car in front of us and 1 in the bay almost done, we should have been out in 20-25 minutes. Had my daughter bring her car in, the dealership was backed up. they got it in and out quick. They had someone do an inspection check after completion, she paid and left. She got not even a block away and her car started sputtering then started to go into limp mode luckily to protect itself. Had to get it towed, towed to take 5 so they could see they clearly screwed up and they acknowledged it. Then proceeded to take the car to the dealership. Where they found the car in limp mode, wrong size oil filter among other issues and still waiting for a resolution!!! Which I was told I would get a call last week. read more

They had issues doing our oil change, but I didn't think much of it at the time cause they were able to complete it regardless of issues. Fast forward to now, our engine oil pressure light came on. I took it to get it checked out and to our surprise we were told that there was NO oil. The dipstick was "clean" We're not currently waiting to see if our engine sustained damage from this. I brought my car here for the first time and I cannot get the drain bolt out! No I'm faced with replacing the oil pan but first the engine has to be raised for clearance. They did not offer to help with this repair. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here. They are known to screw up Ne won't help you after they screw you. read more

Sat in driveway 10+ min. without anyone coming out to my car. When I started backing up to leave, a guy came out and said ,"Oil change?". I asked if they were open. He said "how can we be closed if there's 2 cars in there?". I said that since no one had come out to me, I figured they were closing early. He said "don't you see those 2 cars?". I thought that was snippy and unnecessary. I said you know, I'll just go somewhere else. He says "go ahead. You got an attitude anyway." So I did, in fact, leave. And now, I do indeed have that attitude. I won't be going back to this location any more, even though it has been convenient to where I work. I'll take my money to a business that will appreciate it. I have been to this location (because it's the closest place to my home) 5 times over the course of 2 weeks to get a much needed inspection. every time i've waited for 20+ for someone to just come tell me that the inspector is "out for the day" or "on an extended break" or just not there....is he ever there to give people a service that they need? I have also called the general # for the take 5 company several times to verify if an inspector was at this location before I wasted gas to go there, and was even told on the phone that he wasn't there. you can't claim to provide a service to the public if no one is ever there to do it. read more

After a long wait, the 3 young techs had bad attitudes, used profanity, and Complained that they were understaffed. According to the tech, service is 3 techs per car. They had 3 techs and 3 full bays. 1 tech per bay, except when it came to assisting the female in the mustang! Service was not provided. read more

It's sad to see that this location is so poorly rated. I almost went somewhere else due to the reviews I had seen on here. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Glad I did because it was the best experience I've had during an oil change. Stephen and Jalen, worked smoothly to remove skid plates, drop oil, check tire pressure, air and cabin filters and wiper blades to make sure I was riding safely. The beauty of it all is that they didn't force anything on me (unlike other places). Would give a "zero", if possible. Sitting outside a bay door at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday (supposed to be open---didn't happen until 9:03). Three techs, including the "manager" Matthew all work and chit-chat with the only customer in before me...I guess the "Take 5" doesn't refer to how long the oil change takes...just that you sit in your car. Ten minutes in, they are working on a car that pulled in the bay after I did, but that all three techs "saw parked" outside. Hate incompetence...hate BS...hate lazy, irresponsible, immature punks.
