The best thing about this location was that the staff was friendly while I was there. And I think that is important to know. However, once I entered the garage I was left sitting for 10-15 minutes before they began servicing my vehicle. They did offer me options based on the sign for the services and prices, and I selected the right one for me. The service itself was fairly quick, and I had a coupon from them for the service which they accepted. However, the price I was charged appeared to be $20 higher than the posted price. The cost of the service vs the taxable cost was different, which no one could explain to me. I paid and called their customer service line, and they said the area manager would call me back as they get calls like this a lot. No one ever called me back and based on the issue with pricing I will not be going back again. read more

This is regards to the loud music that ramps up after 6 pm. The business is in a residential area and the neighbors are getting tired of hearing the loud music. There's no reason why it has to be that loud. When you can hear it 3 doors down, that's too loud. Cops have not been contacted but one of the neighbors is going to contact the alderperson. Zero cars in line... no visible employees for 3 1/2 minutes. When someone appears, eye contact was made and I counted to 76 before he approached my vehicle to make contact. They blatantly wanted me to become annoyed and leave. At the end, they said they can't change the oil on my Alfa Romeo! I have the oil and the filter is generic. It's just sad. I consult for massive corporations and small family owned production and manufacturing companies. I feel bad for whoever owns this franchise. I suggest you restructure. If managers have friendship, relationships with associates, it's a free-for-all no accountability.! Do better, FYI, the take five by the airport changes my oil all the time. Have been there three times in the last 7 days for an emissions test and each time I have been turned away because "the system is down". That wasn't what they said when I called today but it was what I was told when I arrived. Additionally I had to wait in my car for 10 minutes while the employees sat in their cars listening to music before someone noticed me and came out to tell me I couldn't get the test done as once again "the system is down". I was hoping the service would get better when the ownership/company changed. Guess not. Taking my business down the block to O'Gorman's. First time here, the techs were pleasant but as I drove away there was a very strange noise that was not there before the oil change. I called and returned for them to say they put the wrong oil in and would put new oil in as their way of fixing the mysterious noise. It didn't work. I was told to call the corporate office, only to be connected to an automated line saying I had just won a $100 gift card to Walmart and someone who promptly hung up on me when I asked who I had just called. I was told someone would come and look at my car once I have made a claim. I have now had to secure a rental car in order to get to work. I hope that corporate will step up and quickly remedy the problem that the techs from their company have caused. I'm disappointed and very inconvenienced. Not impressed, not okay. As I reviewed my receipt, their service check list is totally inaccurate as they showed me the dirty air filter (I declined replacing as I can do that myself), my tires and wiper blades were never checked and my windshield never cleaned. Small items in the big picture, but just an example of cutting corners. The maintenance required reset was not done with the first oil change nor when I returned to have them try to fix their mistakes. read more

Last time they didn't tighten my oil pan nut so it leaked all over my driveway. I tightened it, oh well, honest mistake. Tried to give them another chance today and they might as well be closed. Waited for 10min for someone to finally acknowledge that there was 3 cars waiting. The two employees were just sitting inside their own car listening to music in the garage with all garage doors closed and lobby doors locked. Once they finally came out they told a lady she'd have to go to the Capitol location, and then he glanced at my vehicle and told me he doesn't think he has my oil filter in stock till Monday.... So I've been coming here for 5 years for oil changes. Today, with my new to me car, I came in to see if they could change the transmission fluid for me. It's a special case, a Chevy Equinox. Using the wrong fluid can supposedly damage your transmission. Apparently, asking them if they had the right fluid while they were eating was too much of a hassle. "Yeah, we put a special detergent in there that makes it compatible." Have not read anything about that on the Internet. Also, wanting to know that they understood what I was asking was just too much for the guy in charge. So, sorry faasttrack, but this is the end for us. read more

Today bad you have to pick at least one star because this place does not even deserve any stars. I went to this place for the first time and had a bad gut feeling about it. It looked like the guy doing my oild change was high out of his mind. My tires were low when I brought it in they didnt bother checking them or filling them. I think they were more concerned with smoking then doing there job. 2 weeks after my oil change, my dipstick was bone dry!! Turns out they forgot to tighten the plug so the oil was leaking out!! Even though it was the end of the work day, near closing, Fast Track Auto (Specifically Jerry, and two other maintainers working tonight) took my car for an oil change, and they helped me with my undercarriage guard, which had been scraping the ground from hitting a pot hole! They were amazing and offered such above and beyond service! No more dragging parts, no more under inflated tires (which they check with every service), and yet another fantastic experience with Fast Track!!
