Tangerine dreams - somehow the orange/tangerine citrus flavors work with coffee. It was a refreshing coffee drink. 3. On the block - I loved the presentation - felt like I was drinking an old fashioned at 11:30am hahah, but it was a refreshing black tea with fruity pomegranate ice that infused the taste of the drink more as it melted. 4. I'm not a local but I am Colombian and when I was in the area and saw this spot I just knew I HAD to try it. Everything you will have here taste amazing and the quality of the food is rare to find! I typically find that most Colombian bakeries seem to use premade, box or frozen goods; as soon as I took my first bite I had no doubts that these are made in house and with great ingredients. The cafe itself is so cute with indoor and outdoor seating, I loved being able to see the roasters and kitchen equipment. The staff is so friendly, it made me genuinely sad to get on my plane and leave. Jealous of any local who could make this "their spot" If you still have any doubts, I recommend going during their "happy" hour before closing and ordering half a dozen baked goods to try at half off. I found this coffee shop on tik tok and it looked awesome so I had it book marked, and finally went a few weeks ago. All I can is I left this place feeling like I got robbed. After tip I spent $9 for a iced latte?? That's insane no iced coffee deserves to be 9 dollars. After paying I was trying to be positive and thinking this coffee will be the best drink ever then. Terrible...... Another overrated spot with weak coffee and even worse baked goods, i had no idea that this was owned by the owners of makers and finders, if i would i wouldnt have went. I got the cappucino one of the worst i ever had. I didnt even waste my time to even finish the coffee so bitter and acidity was too much to make me want another sip, nor attempt to speak with a cashier to get my money back, the service was ok i saw someone eating near the baked goods behind the counter quite unsanitary. The ambiance is ok its a very small location with alot of loud music and dissappointing seating. I would not suggest anyone to come here or go out of their way to try it. We went around 9:30am, and unfortunately they were sold out of all their pop tarts and most other bakery items, aka the reason why we were there. The s'mores coffee was absolutely delicious, would order again and again. The banana bread was good, the fried cheese was fine. We took some empanadas to go, ( the chef originally forgot about our guava and fried it a bit to much. Was very nice and put in a couple to go for the trouble of having to wait a bit longer) Honestly didn't like them at all though, wasn't a big fan of the filling. we came in an hour before closing and it wasn't busy at all! there were maybe three other people inside but they had already ordered & ate/drank. parking is very limited & the cafe itself is easy to miss, but it's right at the corner! there's a few tables both inside & outside the cafe. they have an open kitchen/bar with seating as well! its a small interior, but they make good use of their space. as soon as you enter, the menu & register are to your right. service was quick & easy. i got the dalgona matcha - honey milk with whipped matcha topped with sea salt & chocolate shavings. the honey milk was delicious, the sweetness of the milk balances the matcha. though, i will say, i wish there was more matcha - as much as i loved the milk, the matcha is VERY subtle. read more

This is possibly one of my favorite coffee joints in Vegas! Every one of their offerings on the menu whether its beverage or dessert never dissappoints me. So far I tried Shake 'n Bake (my favorite), pour over coffee (Colombian), and espresso fizz. They were all very unique in flavor and very delicious at the same time. I think it's quite hard to find a coffee joint that offers a "good" coffee but not over saturate their lattes with sugar, but Take It Easy somehow does it. For their desserts, I tried pandebono, empenadas, and swiss roll cake. All were very good and we were very tempted to order more. Service is always great and employees seem to he knowledgeable. Absolutely delicious with flowers and little gold dust on it. While I know the gold is all for show, and I think the whole gold on food fad is annoying, I thought it looked cute and really brought the presentation up a notch. She stuck with a standard vanilla chai which she said was absolutely delicious, while I went with something more exciting since I think a rule of thumb should be to order out of your comfort zone, haha. I ordered the Somewhere in Kentucky and what a surprise it was. I was skeptical of espresso being added to a limeade type drink (seltzer water, lime, mint and sugar cubes) but it made for a nice blend altogether. Would order it again, cause it was genuinely refreshing. All in all, while I did spend $20 on two coffees and a wicked small fruit tart, everything WAS delicious, and the atmosphere is nice. The beans they had were delicious as a pour over and it was defined an added highlight of the trip to visit a small local coffee roastery. They were all delicious and tasty with the fried ones having an amazing texture and the baked ones made me feel less guilty about eating carbs. Very good expresso to warm you up on a cold day and boost your energy level. They roast their own coffee on premise so the coffee is fresh. While there we tried the bread and the short rib empanada. It was very quiet when I stopped by, so I think this would be a good spot to do some studying. Matcha Dalgona- It's essentially milk topped with whipped Matcha foam. Of course it was super trendy for most of 2020 and for my final verdict, it looks better than it tastes. The barista added some sea salt and chocolate nibs on top to give the drink more depth.
