Stopped by for a quick snack after some shopping at the empanada truck located next to the Nike store. Lady working was very kind, we ordered the 3 empanadas which come with chicken, beef and veggie + one sauce. Overall, I gave it a 3 because the empanadas lacked in flavor and were "doughy" more then filled with chicken, beef etc. if you're looking for a quick snack in the north outlet mall won't be let down, they did have some other options as well.

Totally unexpected find! So glad I stumbled upon this! Leaving the outlet Nike store. Had the pleasure of trying the chicken empanada and the chicharrón arepa. They were out of the chorizo ): Will need to try next time!

So I have been craving empanadas ever since I took a trip to Colombia last year. When I saw this food truck I knew I had to try it. These empanadas were delicious!!! I originally purchased one order of chicken and 2 beef empanadas and came back 10 mins later for another order. I told the young man Santiago who was working there these empanadas were so delicious and I will definitely be back. The sauce that comes with the empanadas is busting with flavor. This food truck is located at the North Outlets a few steps from the Nike store. The empanadas are made to order so it took about 8 mins for them to be ready but it was worth the wait. If your looking for authentic Colombian empanadas definitely try Medellin Empanadas.

It was a surprising delight. What a great accident, the empanadas were marvelous an excellent flavor enjoyed each bite. Crispy and delicious and the salsa to die for, service was amazing very friendly and fast. Great priced menu, I liked them so much that I ordered to takeout for my family. Highly recommended.

The beef and chicken empanadas were amazing!!! They're just like the empanadas that I had from Cartagena Colombia. The customer service was amazing!

Omg this place is amazing! Flavored golden pocket delights with authentic Colombian goodness. The quality, taste and warm service are a testament to their passion for serving the best empanadas in town! I can't wait to return! So glad they had those tents while ordering for some shade and a little area to sit that's also shaded. Highly recommended!! Coming back for more!

Food review from someone BORN in Colombia. First, the location is at the north outlets, such a random place but I journey to get there. Not the most fun or easy way to get there on a busy day. Let's talk food - I got 2 arepas con queso, they were super soft and fluffy with a decent amount of cheese in the middle. Absolutely delicious and tasted very authentic. Personally I like my arepas with a ton of cheese, a harder crisp on the top, a ton of butter and salt but they were bomb don't get me wrong. I got two empanadas de pollo. These KILLED ME. They were Soooo good. The flavor of the chicken was perfect, the crunch was crunching and I knew I should have taken some to go. Lastly max I got their chorizo hot dog, which is a hot dog bun with chorizo and veggies on top with a bunch of pink sauce. Love a good pink sauce and the veggies were fresh. It got super messy so I wasn't able to eat it like a normal hot dog lol nonetheless, everything I had delicious and WILL be coming back. OH the customer service was great as well! There were two ladies in the food truck and they were really sweet. I didn't get any pictures of the food because I devoured it lol We need some salchipapa haha please

Food is phenomenal!! Best empanadas I've had in a very long time. I'm definitely going back!!

    Location

Deli!!! The empanadas and ají are as authentic as it gets. I loved that they had veggie empanadas for my brother who's vegan. We both felt that we were transported back to Colombia with every bit we took. The music they played also set the mood. If you want to experience a true taste of Colombia, Medellin Empanadas is the place to be!

I've been wanting to try this place since my family's colombian and we love colombian food! The empanadas themselves were pretty good. These are probably the best colombian empanadas I've had in Las Vegas. If you're looking for good colombian empanadas in Las Vegas this is definitely the place to go!! The Colombian classic combo was unfortunately disappointing for that price. It was $17 for 2 empanadas, a chorizo, an arepa that you could eat in a bite or two, and a drink. I was entirely expecting a full, large arepa. I was surprised when they gave it to me and it was the smallest arepa ever. I literally could have eaten it in a single bite but i was trying to save it. Even then i ate it so fast i forgot to take a photo of my food with it. It was good but incredibly small. I also do not believe that the chorizo was colombian, and i have had many colombian chorizos. If it was Colombian, it was not a good one. In general, it was not a good chorizo. I was pretty upset that I spent $17 for it. It would have been worth it if it was a full size arepa and a good colombian chorizo. I gave 4 stars because this place is known more for their empanadas, and the empanadas are definitely good, but I definitely would not get the Colombian classic again. I would come back here for just some empanadas, however.

As Ecuadorians, we also had the opportunity to watch the Ecuador vs. Germany World Cup match there, which made the experience even more special. We also loved that they have a market with a great selection of Colombian products, and we couldn't resist taking several items home. Between the warm hospitality, the amazing atmosphere, and the outstanding food, this was an unforgettable experience. We will definitely return the next time we're in Las Vegas. Highly recommended!

Amazing First Visit, Disappointing Second One! Be careful when ordering!…read more I heard so many great things about the infamous churrasco at this restaurant, so I made the trip and ordered it. My first visit (May 16th) was outstanding! The churrasco was a decent, juicy, and tender NY Strip Steak with perfect thickness, served over yuca fries, sweet plantains, and potatoes. The chimichurri on the side wasn't the authentic Argentinian recipe, but it was still good. I ordered it medium rare, exactly how I like it, and it was amazing, tasty, and delicious. (See photo #1.) Today (June 19th), I decided to stop by again--but it was a huge disappointment. The churrasco I received didn't taste like NY Strip Steak and tasted like the regular cheap meat you get when you go to a bad cheap Mexican restaurant and order the famous carne asada plate. It wasn't cooked to the medium temperature I ordered. The cut was extremely thin, almost like Carne Asada or Chuck Roast (the kind used for their $9.99 corrientazo or the meat they served on the "Bandeja Paisa plate" . It was dried, rubbery, and had no taste whatsoever. I mentioned the issue to the waiter and even showed him the meat while asking for the bill. He told me, "I'm sorry, today was your unlucky day , I will let them know"?. This is Unacceptable. A good restaurant management should approach the customer and replace the meal or not even charging ! He acknowledged it was completely wrong when he saw the meat and apologized sincerely. That honesty was appreciated, but it's stories like this that make a restaurant lose its reputation and push customers away. In my case, I'm now afraid to come back and waste my money. First photo: My amazing churrasco from May 5th. Photos 2 & 3: The disappointing churrasco from today (June 19th). I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves consistency. A great restaurant can easily become a great and reliable one with better attention to detail. Maybe the cooks picked the wrong meat or sliced it wrong? Just look at images 2 & 3 and compare the big difference--thin and dried! I'm a bit upset about wasting my money for pretty much garbage.
