The bag contained many personal items, including my AirPods Pro, so I was extremely stressed. When I called the shop, a staff member--who I believe was the manager, Nick (sorry if I misspelled the name)--was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He immediately offered to help ship my bag back to my home in LA so it wouldn't disrupt my holiday plans at all. When I mentioned that I would be leaving California about a week later and was worried about timing, Nick reassured me that he would personally make sure everything was taken care of. True to his word, I received my bag before I left California, with everything inside perfectly intact. I even offered to pay for the shipping, but never heard back about the cost--and honestly, regardless of that, I am just deeply grateful for the kindness and integrity shown here. Sedonuts is not just a great coffee shop, it's run by genuinely good people. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The authenticity of the food is beyond amazing--every single thing we've tried has been packed with flavor and made with so much care. We make it a point to come here every time we're in town, and it never disappoints. Yes, the line can get long, but that's always a good sign--and trust me, it's totally worth the wait.
