I wanted a cup of coffee but when I saw gluten free donuts I knew I had to go there. The shop was clean and bright with lots of glass. They serve Thrifty ice cream which was a surprise. Service was quick. I got a half cafe latte and a lemon gluten-free doughnut. The coffee was good. The donut was light and airy. The lemon flavor was just in the icing, but there was enough so that it was present in every bite. I'm glad I was able to try their donuts. If I were ever in the area, I would certainly get more.

Whats left of pumpkin spice donuts and a mini vortex.

Well my wife and I both woke up craving donuts, so we put the coffee in the French press and headed to town. This place is chock full of all kinds of gourmet and classic style donuts. We were craving pumpkin donuts since it's Nov 1, so we got cinnamon sugar and maple glazed. Both good but a little on the dry side. The real winners were the yeast donuts, the classic glazed was amazing and the mini vortex was to die for! Service was fast and super friendly wait staff. Don't question it, just get you a couple donuts and take a a little walk afterwards...you'll thank me later!

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Must have the maple donut (life changing) and the vortex, with pecans!! Coffee was good for a chilly morning but nothing special. Would reccomend 100x over. Service was great. Super cute patio, merch, and building. I wanted a shirt but they didn't have my size. Very nice and went out of way to recommend to me to visit their other location and gave me a business card.

    Cute merch!

This is the best little coffee and donut shop! The staff were lovely and it was very clean. I even left with the cutest shirt and sticker. My latte was perfect.

Gluten free donuts!!! A friend told me that this place might have gluten free donuts. I've been missing out on the donut parties for months... not anymore!!! These donuts were INCREDIBLE! Not as giant as the other ones, but sheesh they are good. The selection of GF donuts at the Cottonwood location is small. 6 donuts in total. Show up at 7am if you don't order them ahead of time, because they go quick! They can do more, just have to order ahead of time and you can get whatever you want!

Tourist here. Glad this cute place is just 5 mins away from our Airbnb. I always say if there's a line it's a must try. And it did not disappoint. Service was fast and our drinks was made fast even with just two servers. Theybhave a nice space outdoors with lots of seating inside inside and outside. They have merchandises they sell too. When hmbuying a shirt its cute it comes in a can and your shirt is inside. For our drinks Mango and dragon fruit refreshers are sweet and refreshing. Chai latte was sooo good and mocha drink was more of hot chocolate drink taste than mocha. The DONUTS!! Delicious!!!! We got the Glazed, Raised Cinammon Sugar, Cookie Monster, Chocolate Red Rock and Glazed Red rock their version of Red Velvet and Blueberry. The dough is very soft, moist and chewy. Each donut has the perfect level sweetness. A must stop when in Cottonwood, AZ.

This coffee/donut shop is the cutest little spot in Clarkdale! Definitely grab some donuts, they have unique flavors and names related to AZ. The coffee menu is not as extensive but all the flavors they have are great! They also have super friendly customer service. Also, if you love art, their art displayed is inspired by Salvador Dahli and Vincent Vangoh. This place is absolutely a MUST!!

I liked that there were plenty of outlets and space to charge devices, which is always a huge plus. The service was amazing. The two gals at the counter were so friendly and made my latte perfectly. I got the Campfire Latte and it was seriously so good, chocolatey and comforting without being overly sweet. You can tell they really care about making quality drinks. The sandwiches people around me ordered looked incredible too and smelled amazing, so I already know I'll be coming back to try food next time. I've been a long-time supporter and patient local observer. The new owners have made consistent wonky staff and menu changes. I'm not a complainer without offering solutions, so I've offered constructive perspective on the issues. However, if I ask you to keep mayonnaise (new addition to old menu item) out of my vegetable burrito because it nauseates me...and all I get is an argument from staff telling me it was alway made that way and the menu states it - when it clearly does not, I have no need to patronize an establishment which is devoid of basic customer service etiquette. The singular change I will not accept is being served up hatred with my order. The new staff - Pam and Violet, have overtly argumentative, unwilling, and erroneous positions toward their basic job function. No matter how much the pastry situation improved - Jessica, everything else has significantly devolved here!!!! You no longer have my patronage, and I am now the local who will overtly steer my fellows elsewhere.

Our first morning, we had Todd, who was very attentive and took good care of us. We had the coffee, muffin, one pancake and a breakfast sandwich with bacon and the fruit skewer, along and a mocha. Everything was very good. We were pleasantly surprised how good the pancake was as my husband is very fussy about his pancakes. I was worried the bacon would have a spicy cake, but the cake is very minimal. The bacon was delicious! Our second day was not as good of an experience as we had a younger server who was not at the level of Todd. We laid our vouchers on the side of the table, just as we had done the day before, and this he completely missed them and brought our bill with full charges. Therefore, he had to go back and redo the bill. He didn't seem fully awake. LOL. He also was not as friendly as Todd. Next time we go, we will ask for Todd. This time, we got the latte and muffin, and also shared the traditional breakfast with bacon and fruit. It was perfect for splitting.. we will definitely come back again next time we are in town. This is a really cute café.

Limited selection compared to bigger bakeries. But here's the thing. What they do have is exactly what you want. No filler, no wasted space, just a tight lineup of pastries that are actually worth buying. We've gone in more than once thinking, "Alright, one pastry each, quick stop." That plan never survives contact with the display case. You start pointing things out, adding one more, then another, and suddenly you're walking out with a full box. My go-to is the Bavarian cream pastry. It's perfect. Not overly sweet, not heavy, just balanced and done right. It's the kind of thing you finish and immediately think about grabbing another. The pricing almost feels like a mistake in your favor. On our last visit, we bought enough pastries for ten people, with extras left over, and it came out to just under $20. Back near our place in Rhode Island, that same box would easily be double. Probably more. Here, it feels like you're getting away with something. And then there's the service. The woman we usually see there is genuinely kind. Not forced, not transactional. Just warm, welcoming, and happy to see people walk in the door. It adds to the whole experience in a way that's hard to fake. This place doesn't try to impress you. It just quietly delivers every time you show up. If you're anywhere near Cottonwood, stop in. You'll go in for one thing and leave with more, and you won't regret it.
