I've been in the keys for a year and this is the best food I've had. It's my new lunch spot and I'm telling everybody I know about it. The food and atmosphere is great, the people are even better! I love sitting under the tiki hut even on a hot day. I've been getting whatever they have as a special and I haven't been disappointed yet! Not to mention the pineapple salsa is literally to die for! Today was our second time here and they blow us away more and more every time! The best French fries I have ever had and the carne asada is the best seasoned I have ever had. The cook I believe it was actually gave us some bananas that someone had given to her which was very nice on her part. The music was good too this place is a must for Mexican food! read more

SO GOOD. BEST TACOS EVER. The tortillas were really fresh and held the meat juices perfectly. We ordered every taco (Asada, Chicken, Chorizo, and the Pulled Pork. Each were very flavorful and tender. Salsas were well seasoned and not overly limey. My favorite was the pineapple. Pico was spicy and was my dad's favorite. The owners are super nice and welcoming and it is a quick and tasty taco fix for when you need it! Definitely recommend!! read more

Can you say excellent! I wasnt sure what meat to choose for my tacos, so I chose the pork and chicken. Keeping the ingredients simple and fresh with no sauces added.... just some lovely cilantro and a a squeeze of lime. Always great food here! read more

You must stop here! We got a recommendation from a local and stopped and so glad we did. Cute set up and even has a high chair for littles!! We ordered Asada tacos, mixed taco, sweet burrito and chips with pineapple salsa! Everything was amazing, and the pineapple salsa was so good. I wish I didn't find this place on the last day. So good, so fresh. For when you want a break from 2000 versions of the exact same restaurant in marathon lol also just tell them what you want. I don't eat meat but there wasn't a veggie option on the menu and they still made me a veggie burrito. And veggie burritos typically are all about the same but this one... was packed with flavor! So GOOD! And their pineapple salsa is fab. Highly recommend! My husband also wanted more like a plate and not a burrito and they made one for him too. read more

Listen to me, right now. You need to go here. We are Mexican food fanatics and swung by this little food truck on our way to our hotel and wow, it did not disappoint. I ordered the carnitas quesadilla. It's "philly style," so it has cooked peppers and onions on it. And SO MUCH CHEESE. It was one of those times where I was simply angry at how good this food was. I got a side of rice with it which was also phenomenal. My lunch date got tacos that were also superb. I didn't get any pictures because my food was gone in 2 seconds. This is a small place and may be easy to miss when you're driving past. You MUST STOP. I gave them an additional tip at the end of the meal just for blowing away my expectations.
