In atypical fashion, my wait was much too long. Two people who arrived 15-30 minutes after me were taken to the back before me (even though I arrived before my appointment time). I was told I was waiting for a room to be available so I'm not sure why my wait was so long. Once in the back, the appointment ran fairly smoothly. The doctor was able to explain diagnose my issue quickly and send in an eye drop prescription for me that cleared it up. It worked well enough that I was able to cancel my follow-up appt a week later. The office is always clean and nicely organized. The staff is usually pleasant.

He takes the time to explain everything and show me what he is talking about. I told him what was going on with my sight and he was able to tell me exactly what Che issue was. I took his recommendation for treatment and within the week my sight was already better. Not only that he took the time to forward his notes directly to my Rheumatologist so she would be aware of the issue - he said he extremely dry eyes could be caused by issues she could test me for, to make sure I was ok. I love it when doctors are thorough and communicate. I feel like they are truly interested in making sure I get the best care. When I went to pick my glasses up I was handed at the front desk not sat down to make sure they were great fit nothing and this was the same lady as well. He directed me to the Stockbridge Walmart to pick up a sample pair of contacts and then order the contacts if the samples worked out. He did not sign the prescription or print his prescribing number on it. it is a worthless piece of paper. This entire situation has taken me days on end to get nowhere. Do not use this Dr. He is worthless. Absolutely horrible.
