For my main dish I ordered the spicy white kimchi ramen, which had Tokyo wavy noodles, roasted pork belly, cilantro, corn, spicy marinated mushrooms, scallions, fried garlic, and cilantro oil. Wow! What a flavor combination! From savory to spicy to sweet to smooth to crunchy and crispy. Overall it was a pretty perfect meal. In terms of the atmosphere, we sat at a high table in the middle of the restaurant, which gave it a more family atmosphere vibe, sitting right next to others. What I particularly loved was the 90s hip-hop soundtrack playing in the background. Notably, it was not blaring loud so that you had to yell to hear the person across from you (always a pet peeve of mine at restaurants).
