Love clothing I get but will NEVER purchase through their website again! Purchased 2 dresses and shoes arrived instead. Called to get print label and get order corrected. Talbots refunded all but $8.95 for S&H even though there was no charge. Finally agreed to refund that. Re-ordered dresses and wrong dresses arrived. Again, refunded all but $18.50 they said was because "I" requested order be sent expediently. This was NEVER discussed and I never had this conversation! Now in process of trying to get that refunded too.

If you are traveling or are a local you should check out this cute unique boutique in Old town…read moreScottsdale. They have fun cute corky shirts, gifts, shoes and accessories. The prices are somewhat reasonable, I purchased a t-shirt for $40. The quality looks great not thin at all and I specifically loved the unique design I know I wouldn't find elsewhere. If you are a bachelorette they have a section for you too :)

I will start with it is a cute store with expensive stuff. They didn't have the size I wanted for…read morea couple of tshirts, so they offered to order them online and ship to me. I asked if the t-shirts are 100% cotton and was told yes. Unfortunately the t-shirts had the actual tag cut off (see pics below) so I couldn't verify, but know one of the 2 received was not 100% cotton by touch. It is legal to sell new clothes with the tag cut off. I will not shop here again if back in Scottdale. Google - Why it is illegal: Required information is missing: Federal law requires clothing labels to include the country of origin, fiber content, and the manufacturer's identity. Cutting these tags off before a sale removes this essential information. It can be consumer fraud: Removing labels can be seen as a deceptive practice to hide information from the consumer, such as the required care instructions. Trademark infringement: Removing the brand label from an item and reselling it can be considered "reverse passing off," a form of trademark infringement that misleads consumers and is a form of unfair competition. Unfair competition: Violating the labeling requirements is considered an unfair method of competition and an unfair or deceptive act or practice under the Federal Trade Commission Act.
