Even more interesting, I didn't receive my report even after 48 hours, then I wrote the Google review 1 star, next day I received a "positive report" , which proofed later in Canada twice that's actually a negative. Instead of providing professional customer service, she spoke disrespectfully about patients once she thought they were out of earshot, even making comments about people in the lobby. To make matters worse, we were skipped in line without any explanation. When I questioned it, the situation was not handled professionally. Another staff member Nicole later joined in on the inappropriate behavior rather than addressing it appropriately. And the rest of the staff members were just goofing off in the bad. In a medical setting, professionalism, discretion, and respect for patients are essential. Patients deserve to feel safe and treated with dignity, not mocked or dismissed. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the conduct of their staff.

I kept hearing gossiping in the waiting room & the lady whom took in my insurance information was just rude & seemed bothered to be there. First,…read moreit's not Simon Meds fault if your insurance sucks and you should contact your doctor who requested the imaging to find out the outcome. The scheduler contacted me to schedule an appointment. I was not a fan of the scheduler because of the heavy Indian accent and lack of listening to me but I won't dock the stars on this location because of him. I arrived on time and waited. Apparently, a prior authorization was not done for my secondary insurance but luckily it was quick. Who's fault was that? They obviously had it on file but if they have an authorization department, that person didn't do their job. My tech was Gregory. He was very kind and sweet and I told him I was hesitant on visiting this location but glad I did because he made a difference with my experience. He talked me through my whole time there with what he was doing and waht he was going to do. I was able to get 2 blankets because I'm always cold. He also was patient while trying to get the contrast needle in. My veins are not the best but he managed to secure the needle on the second try. Thank you, Gregory, for your kindness, patience, and great rapport. Having someone who communicates well and makes you feel comfortable really does make a difference--especially when you're already nervous about having medical imaging done.

MRI PATIENTS BEWARE! I recently went to get a MRI done at this SimonMed Imaging center in Las Vegas…read moreand I had a horrible and very dangerous experience. I was told three times by a very young and very arrogant lab tech who did my MRI that I definitely DID NOT need to remove the two metal partial dentures in my mouth for my MRI even though my head would be inside the MRI machine during the MRI. The older and more experienced woman assisting this arrogant kid did not say a word while he insisted to me that I could and should wear my metal dentures in the MRI. Fortunately I did not listen to this idiot lab tech boy doing my MRI and I removed my metal dentures at the last minute before getting in the MRI machine. That decision might have saved my life I found out later. I have no idea how in the world something like this could ever happen, but it did. Fortunately I remembered from a previous MRI that ALL METAL needed to be removed from my mouth and my entire body to avoid DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY INJURY!! I have since talked to several doctors and personal injury lawyers about this MRI experience and they all agree this was either total and complete incompetence by two SimonMed employees or maybe something much worse like racism!! The problem with wearing metal in a MRI machine is that it can not just screw up the tests and damage the MRI machine, IT CAN ALSO KILL YOU OR CAUSE SERIOUS AND PERMANENT BODILY HARM!!! How did this two SimonMed lab techs not know that?? Why would they try so hard to convince me not to remove my metal dentures!? What the hell is going at SimonMed imaging in Las Vegas?
