They took very good care of me! I went here to get a new phone upgrade (it's been 6 years)! The store wasn't busy, but it did take a while to get things situated. I don't think that's any fault of their own since getting your phone transferred to a new one takes a while. I was able to leave and come back or stay if I chose. Davis took very good care and has been working with my family for years. He also helped me get the best value for a new case, charging cords, etc. I would come here again and again! read more

Cell phone stores in this town are a dime a dozen, and finding one that I actually like going to is few and far between. I mean, who *wants* to go into the store, right? But, such is life, and these things happen. I have been to this store several times before, and it's my go to place. I like it for a lot of different reasons, mainly the staff here is really nice and I don't feel ripped off when I leave. The reason I came in today was my screen protector had finally cracked and died, so I needed to replace it! I told the guy what I needed, and he said that I could buy a protector online, bring it in, and they will install it for free! He also said to check at Best Buy as well, that they may have my protectors in stock there as well. After purchasing a new screen protector at Best Buy, I took it back to this store and he installed it for me for free. He also cleaned my phone up real nice, and took good care of me. I know what your thinking, that's supposed to be standard, right? Not so much. Read below, and I will explain why: Best Buy wanted and additional $8 to install a screen protector. The Verizon store on Rochester Road gave me a hard time stating that "well, we can install it, but we aren't responsible if we mess it up." This is the failure to help that I'm talking about. You spend all this money on a phone, service and everything else, but you can't get anyone to help you with a stinkin screen protector. This is why I continue to come back here. I also upgraded my phone here last year, and the guys that helped me then were super cool as well. Talked me through the whole process and didn't make me feel like I was getting ripped off. I live right around the area and wasn't looking to get a phone yesterday but gotta love splurging! Rick, not sure what his last name is but he was excellent! I felt so bad for going there 20 minutes before they closed but he got me in and out of there within a half hour! He was so helpful and during all of this he was quite busy and transferring my phone at the same time! I didn't get to thank him again for doing that so fast and close to closing but I'm obsessed with this new phone! read more

I recommend avoiding this store. When purchasing a cell phone, the manager, Ivan, at this location stated that he could not produce a paper receipt. After completing my transaction, I received my emailed receipt only to notice that the price of the purchase had been increased by 20% not accountable to fees or taxes (I was able to confirm this in-store). I also noticed that an extra item was added to my purchase that I did not make (nor was it an item that I had mentioned or interacted with at the store). Walking back into the store from my vehicle, I requested that the bill be corrected. However, the staff would only remove the extra item and refused to correct the increase in price for the phone. Upon requesting a refund for the total purchase, I was required to pay a $50 restocking fee. This transaction was intentionally fraudulent. read more

Marcus wasted my money, I had an upgrade and he intentionally told me it couldnt be applied. After buying a new phone (over 1000 dollars) I called verizon and they asked me why I didnt use the upgrade and they told me that the senior consultant misinformed me. Additionally he said he couldnt fix my phone, went to another store and they fixed it in minutes. DONT GO HERE, they just want your money and will try to get you to spend as much money as possible so that they get paid more read more

I went to the store for a new cell phone. The phone was not working after 26 days. I went to the store and the manager did not know what was wrong with it, and he suggested I go to the Apple store. A co-worker by the name of Nicole was able to fix my phone in a matter of seconds. There's a new way to shut off the 8+ phone. The Manager was unaware of how this works. My phone bill is usually about $102. When I received my first bill it was $159. I called the representative and I was informed that the store put all these added extras that I did not ask for. fortunately the representative was able to remove these extras. My bill is back down to 104. I think the manager should go for classes at Apple. read more
