They left marks all over the digitizer from trying to take it apart. which means they were not patient enough to heat the glass first then take it apart. Instead of using glue to bond the glass they used a sticky tape to piece it together. End result... First day of use, touch screen would stop responding, I would have to turn screen off and on for touch screen to work again. Dust and debri under glass( in my case, left permanent damage to my digitizer). I would have to take apart my phone and manually clean under my screen once a week. But hey my phone has new glass. They said they put in a new earpiece. After a couple of days, the static came back. When I took apart my phone, the earpiece looked really dirty (i've had this phone for about 2 years) It obviously wasn't brand new. But the worst part was the customer service His main excuse for not getting the dirt outta my phone or not looking at the earpiece or the digitizer was, "can't take apart the glass cause I might break it". ARE YOU SERIOUS. That's why I had to do all the cleaning and fixing myself. And I never broke the glass. I think these guys are cons, they will lie to your face and sell you half ass bullshit just to make money. They will take advantage of your lack of knowledge hoping you will buy there bullshit.
