TLC is the most amazing dog groomer in Morgantown... I'm sorry there is a review with such distain regarding them because it it the furthest from the truth. Remember, don't judge a book by its cover. If you want your dog to be taken care of, comforted, loved and appreciated... not to mention groomed to expertise and come home smelling like sugar cookies, this is the place to go! I would happily speak to anyone who is looking for a groomer or one to care for their loved animals. Trust, this is the place to be and go, and I would absolutely question anyone who would say differently. Love Sam and Charlie read more

I just felt I needed to respond to the review by Harry S. I work in an adjacent business of TLC. I drop in there from time to time because of my love of animals and to check in with my "daytime" neighbors. I'm sorry Harry had that experience. What he probably doesn't know is that these great folks had a death in the family, after that family member battled cancer. That being said, let me assure anyone reading these reviews that the staff of TLC ADORE animals and that this business has been around for a very long time. Dog hair? Well, they're DOG GROOMERS. Last time I checked, dogs indeed....have hair. If you want "perfection" for your dogs, perhaps spa Roma can fit them in. Just saying. read more

We made appointment to bring our 3 dogs on Tuesday November 2nd to drop them off at 8:00 am. Waited there until 8:30 and no one came to open the business, called the number several times only to get an answering machine. Looking thru the dirty window, the place is absolutely gross inside. Junk piled halfway to the ceiling and the grooming station and floor was covered in dog hair which since they are closed on weekends and Monday, had been there for days. Never got a phone call apologizing for standing us up, as we are working professionals and had to make special arrangements to show up late for work. This ain't a business, obviously a sloppy , dirty, infectious environment. If you love your pet, this is not the place you want to go. read more

I also appreciate that they don't try to talk you into things my pets did not necessarily need just to run up the bill. They are very upfront about the costs. I highly recommend them!!

As soon as we met Sean, we knew that we could relax and totally trust him to take amazing care of our beloved animal companions. Sean is so warm, calm, helpful, conscientious, and compassionate towards animals. He went above and beyond to help our dogs feel at ease. He even took the initiative to do some training with them regarding one's food guarding issues. When we returned from our trip, Sean shared these training techniques with us, which was very helpful. He gave us an honest report on our dogs' time at the pet hotel, seeing our dogs in a really kind and optimistic light. In addition, the facility is clean and offers indoor/outdoor kennels. We requested that our dogs share a kennel. All animal guests also receive loving attention from Sean and daily, private time outside in a large, fenced area. The location is very tranquil. We will definitely board our dogs here again and highly recommend Bakers Ridge Pet Hotel to others.

I've brought my dogs to TLC for 10+ years and never had an issue. It may take a week or two but I always get an appointment there. I don't worry about them while they're there. They're just wonderful people and my dogs always get groomed just like I wanted sometimes better. Highly recommend. read more
