My husband had the beautifully fried chicken with two sides, and I had a savory chicken salad sandwich on freshly baked foccacia, two sides. The sides were two kinds of soups, sweet potato and regular fries, salad, coleslaw, and a few more I can't remember. Best chicken noodle soup I have ever had, and I love making soup at home. My husband's salad had lots of extra thinly-sliced veggies in it, and the two types of fries were freshly cut on a mandoline. Crisp and tasty. We landed at the Fe Skillet in Pearce after a morning of birding down at Whitewater Draw - Arizona's Sandhill Crane mecca.
