I Decided to eat at Tam's today for the first time. The employee didn't give me the straw for my drink. I took off the lid to drink it. After taking a couple of sips from the cup I looked inside the cup.That's when I noticed the disgusting roaches floating in my drink. I called to speak to the manager. First the customer service was good. No bad attitudes. May not be extremely chipper but they are nice. Good food! I'm from Texas and we have some good food. I love burgers and don't care much for breakfast. I had there bacon hamburger and my mother in law had a cheeseburger. Both made just like we asked. No errors. Food takes a few minutes because they make it fresh. But still not very long. Maybe 5-7 minutes. I had there toast which was amazing. Like seriously lol. I hate eggs and the eggs were even good. Bacon cooked perfectly. I'm not bsn. I'm hard on a restaurant and I'm very pleased with them. Come to Tams first and you will be disappointed everywhere else you go. This is, by far, my favorite Tam's. Each Tam's is different. They share the same name but the quality differs from location to location. My favorite item is the chicken sandwich. It's always juicy and flavorful on a nice roll. Delicious. The best part though? Their french fries. Tasty. Yes, it's in the hood. Yes they have bullet-proof glass. Yes it's busy. I was so impressed at the fast and friendly service at Tam's! As we pulled up to the restaurant, there was a long line of cars in the drive through but they moved pretty quickly. I got their breakfast platter with the pancakes. They were so fluffy and the hash browns were crispy. I also couldn't resist and I got the burger. They serve their burgers with little banana peppers which are a great pairing to eat with their burger. The explosion of flavors is incredible.
