I'm in the area frequently but never thought to stop and give this location a try. My hubby decide to give it a try and he went with the two pancakes three eggs and three sausage with a Coke. I just wanted an order of fries with no salt. I tasted his breakfast and it had that home style taste to it. The sausage had the right smokey crisp taste to it . Eggs were fluffy and the pancake was buttery. Of course the fries were nice, hot and crispy. I'm very well pleased with my first experience so I'll definitely be back. read more

We eat from the drive thru fairly often, breakfast or lunch. Always found the quality and flavor excellent, especially omelettes, burgers, and great onion rings. Wait staff very polite and efficient. My only complaint is the outside menu board and the horrible comms speaker. The board is badly positioned and sun-faded, hard to read. The speaker is worse Ethan a Kansas drive-in theater. Just to be clear, this place is decent. Food like burger specials are ok tasting, but I have a few complaints. First, they don't have a drive through. Second their bathrooms are pretty atrocious. Third, their prices have skyrocketed. Like most burger joints similar to them, prices have gone through the roof due to the mandatory $20/hr minimum wage for fast food employees. I'm not talking about 5%, or even 10%, how about some as high as 30%. I'm sorry, but if you're going to be charging restaurant prices for mediocre food, I'll no longer be going there or any place that has been infected with that California nonsense. I work nearby and I find myself ordering their chicken salads a lot. It's very tasty, healthy, the lettuce, tomatoes, and carrots are clean. Plus, the order comes with pita bread if I'm not mistaken. 10/10. Lastly, they have always been very nice to me and their service is fast. read more

They have the BEST orange bang around town. And I've tried about 4 other restaurants. Their's has that creamy, orange taste. Fresh instead of like chemicals. I have been coming here for many years.. Always ordering the same either a pastrami or a pastrami special.. My bill today for ONE pastrami was nearly $18 dollars! One of my favorite spots when I eat out while at work. They have a vast selection of items that you can choose from. I usually phone my order in and then just pick up. It gets pretty busy during the lunch hour and on weekend mornings, but they are pretty quick and getting your orders done. The kitchen is visible to you, so you see them making everything. My favorite is the California Chicken Sandwich combo. It is delicious. Other plates that are worth mentioning too are their chicken dinner plate and their French toast breakfast plate. Their breakfast burritos are a good size and tasty. Don't forget the side of salsa to make it even better. The service is great. Ordered my food at the counter which was pretty expensive for what the place is ($17 for a burger combo??). Sat down to wait for my food and will note that the ambiance was nothing noteworthy but places like this aren't really known for their Michelin level dine in experiences so whatever. Food came out suspiciously quick at around 5 minutes after I sat down to wait. When I took out my food the first thing I noticed was that my food came out extremely cold. The buns were cold, bacon undercooked, burger patty was cold, etc. It literally felt as if they stuck my burger in the fridge for 10 minutes after cooking it and handed it to me. The cheese wasn't even remotely melted and was still cold from when they took it out of the fridge. It would be an understatement to say the fries were undercooked. I would have got more joy from chewing on a wet paper towel than I did out of those fries. They were soggy, raw, and had an awful texture. It seems the cooks just leave a bunch of food on the grill on a low heat setting and for the sake of convenience throw everything together when something gets ordered. As I type this, I'm suffering from one of the most terrible stomachaches I've had in a while. If you enjoy places that serve food that would be considered a biohazard by OSHA standards, this place is for you. If you care for your wallet and get any sort of joy from the act of eating, then avoid this place just like how the cooks avoid the act of cooking itself. Country sausage patty feast with fresh squeezed orange juice (I always ask for a cup of ice on the side) and a side of sourdough toast ($18.00 flat and I tip the extra $2.00). Honestly, I've never dined in here but I togo breakfast quite a few times during the week. This might sound really cheap but having a full time doesn't mean you have money, it means you work your ass off for ... salary pay which is often times too little to survive. HAHA So for breakfast, if I didn't have enough time I come to the drive-thru here and get 3 eggs (however I like; usually scrambled or sunny side) and it costs me less than $5 if I want to get real fancy I order the orange juice. I've eaten here twice now at this greasy spoon and the 2nd time I had the jumbo carne asada salad because the picture on the wall appeared to be effin amazing. i ordered it with hot salsa and ranch dressing and helped myself to a side of peppers. My salsa was ok but the ranch was not the good ranch (both Hof's Hut and E.J. Malloy's are down with the awesome ranch). And my peppers tasted ill, like not spicy at all, and a little on the salty side? EW. This place is always crowded at lunch so they must be doing something right but to me it's like a free-standing roach coach with tables and a parking lot. I didn't want a drink, and the worker assured me that it would cost $2-3 if I didn't get the combo. I told him It was fine (bc I don't drink soda).
