I had never gotten a spray tan before and I was nervous to do it because let's be honest, we've all seen spray tans go wrong. I read sooooo many reviews and ended up choosing this biz! Bronze2U uses "solutions that are natural and organically infused with Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Vitamins A, E & C. They're FDA certified Vegan, Gluten Free, Paraben Free, and there's NO animal testing involved." Impressive! Other (cheaper) locations use an ingredient that can make you orange, but not here. The natural ingredients also didn't break my sensitive skin out at all either. The owner Bree brings a pop-up tent and spray tan machine with her, directly to your home. She quickly sets up in a few minutes and has you strip down to whatever you feel comfortable in. She put lotion on the parts that tend to keep extra color: elbows, knees, toes, etc. She then did the whole spray tan in under five minutes. She then puts powder on you to keep it on and you're instructed to wear baggy clothes while you wait. The tan didn't wash off on anything though - I'm impressed! You can choose to get the medium tan, which is the cheaper option and has you waiting six hours before showering. There is also the quick tan option which is more expensive, but let's you shower in only an hour or two (you choose when to shower based on how dark you want it to be). I did the medium tan, waited six hours, rinsed off, and was impressed by the natural color I had. It looks so natural and glowy. Sooooo good! Bree is also is an esthetician and has a location downtown in the XG Groom Room, where she will also start doing spray tans soon too. I'll definitely be doing this again!

She is so friendly and makes you feel like you are in a room with one of your friends, rather than a stranger you just met and stripped down in front of. I was very comfortable and she explained the process before we started and again as we went. I actually went to her building, which was easy to find, has easy parking that only costed me about $2.20 for 2 hours (I definitely did not need that much time but I'm an over preparer when it comes to downtown parking). When my husband, who is a criminal defense attorney, called them, they finally agreed to give me half of my money back. That's right, half. $1144. They stole the same amount for me. They also gave me some Gift cards that I would rather light my self on fire than use, because I will never ever patron and establishment that steals. These people steal. They're thieves.

The lady heard me and told me the first tan was free, and then showed me that I can sign up for texts and get another free tan. There was no mention of memberships or pricing or anything. I signed my little waiver and within 5 minutes got into a bed. She also gave me her recommendations, as I burn super easily, and I actually didn't come out burnt! It was super clean and I really liked the vibe of the room! Solely because of this treatment, I'll never go to another tanning salon, and I'm more than happy to come back often and pay full price! I completely understand that businesses need to make money and a profit, but this marketing is better than just handing someone a list of prices and trying to convince them to choose the most expensive one. Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. Beautiful and modern but approachable and comfortable salon spaces with an elegant, French vibe. The treatment rooms are cozy and featured lovely French music that was perfect for the setting. He walked me through all the phases of the facial and the benefits! Knowing the experience David has in this industry and the great esthetician offerings he has was definitely a reason I booked. I also scheduled a hair consultation with Mary after my facial to discuss some sizeable challenges I was having with my hair. I was able to get scheduled shortly after on an evening appointment (which are on Thursdays as of the time of this review). Mary spent a lot of time talking with me on what I wanted, what my problem areas/concerns were with my existing color, how we could make a plan and made sure we were both very comfortable before the color went in! I am just thrilled with the outcome and she is an expert colorist! She was very transparent about pricing and realistic expectations with what we could and could not do in order to achieve the best outcome. All while trying to figure out my hair as a new client. I had visited the salon a couple of years ago during a Yelp Elite event and was so excited to return for some wonderful appointment experiences!! They will ask you some questions to see if you are more of a cool or warm tone person, do you want frost (think light shimmer, not 1980's!) matte, gloss, cream base. You can even flavor it with pink champagne or raspberry truffle! I love bright colors so that's what we went with. You watch them make it right before your eyes. Legit, one of the coolest things I've ever experienced! I love my new colors! One is bright magenta and the other one just has some more red in it along with a touch of frost and moisturizer! Indulge Salon still earned five-stars from me - but Jewel was really the reason my experience was so wonderful. Jewel exceeded my expectations when I arrived for my appointment. She was on time and I really liked the pleasant surroundings both in the salon and in her private area at the back. Her products were top of the line! The European facial I received was a French line of items that she also sells (but she's not pushy with the sales at all). The facial was relaxing and rejuvenating; both for my face and for my mind. I left feeling cleaner and prettier, and it was noticeable for days after. My immediate thought at the finish was how many people would love to experience this treatment. Facials can be good, or they can be bad. Jewel's was awesome. Treat yourself; treat your wife; treat your dad. It doesn't matter who gets to lie on her comfortable table, wrapped in her soft robe, whoever that person is, they are lucky!
