I'd give them a "6" if that were an option. I've had several units at Tanasbourne RV & MiniStorage over the past 10 years---both for business and personal use. Onsite management has been extremely responsive and courteous whenever I have raised an issue. The whole facility is kept spotless in marked contrast to some other places I looked at. Onsite bathrooms are available 24 hrs/day to tenants and they are clean! Hallways are brightly lit. I noticed that one of the reviews for this facility rated it a zero which I found hard to believe and then I saw the owner politely responded to the criticism saying that using a unit to sleep in was not permitted. Nice married couple who owns the place. They are neat and organized. I'm renting a 5x5 storage unit and it was actually the last one when I got it last summer. They have bathrooms that are easily accessible with a door code. I think the gate is open as early as 6am and closes at 11pm. They're prices were reasonable compared to other storage units. read more

I highly recommend this facility. The RV spaces are sufficiently wide for any motorhome. The property is well-maintained and secure. Many of the basic supplies are available for purchase. The folks who operate this facility are courteous and welcoming. read more

I HIGHLY recommend this place. Safe secure and clean, YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT! ;) I've read a negative review, but I'm not buying this story... I was there for 5 years and never once had a problem. The management is so nice and easy going, I can't see this happening. Do not rent from here! Learn from our mistake. It was only after we rented that friends told us of similar horror stories. They will scam you, delete your gate code and put thier own lock on your unit door even though you are paid up and not delinquent! So if you don't want to deal with that and have it be "iffy" as to whether or not you can access your belongings, then don't rent from here! read more

I had a great experience working with Greg and Connie (the resident managers). They were considerate and understanding of my special circumstances and were always very helpful. I've rented two large size lockers for four months. They were very clean and the rental process was very easy. I was also able to park a POD on the property and unload it into my storage locker which is not an option at many storage facilities. If I have to get another storage locker in the future, Tanasbourne RV & Mini Storage would be the first place I would go to. read more

I am a small business owner and I rented a 10x10 space, I needed the help of my assistant to set up the area on the first day because I was out of town working. She needed a hand with the set up and a friend helped her. He is a disabled retired person who moves slow and it took them a little while to do the work. I get a message from my assistant telling me that we have been kicked off the property. so I call the managers to ask about the issue and am told that her friend who was helping her was drunk and she was putting to many personal items into the storage and that he was refunding me my initial payment and to get everything out. His assumption about her slow moving disabled friend being drunk was insulting to say the least and I thought storage units were for personal items to be stored not to be subject to his approval as long as they were within the agreed guide lines (of which they were) discrimination and personal opinions are signs of bad business and I may have dodged a bullet here in future dealings with this business. "I assume." I would of rated this place a zero if I was able to. read more
