My situation was I don't have any physical debit or credit card on me. Everything I do is tap or cash. And was just fine using the U-Haul to get things moving. The worker today denied me a rental because I didn't have a physical card on hand even though I could access credit card number in front of him AND provided him my driver license. whoever this man with the glasses on's name is, wasn't helpful at all. Poor service
