Last year I had bought a canvas bag with piggies on it that I get so many compliments on! This year I returned for a wallet to accompany my purse but also found some adorable earrings and an absolutely beautiful children's book to gift. The gentleman who helped me during my last visit was the same from my first and was so very pleasant and helpful. He had grabbed new items still in plastic to replicate the items that I had taken from the shelf which I found so considerate. Definitely stop in if you are in the area! Tucked into the Tanger Outlets - Surfside, Vera Bradley is turning heads with their licensed Disney character prints. Wisely stocked in the back of the store... so you have to walk through the entire store... they have Belle, Stitch, Toy Story, and Star Wars Droids!! I'm pretty sure every customer was walking in to just sneak a peak at these patterns, but some of their other products are very intriguing too. Gone are the days of just different purses! From structured trunk organizers, to pill containers, to legitimately every possible use for a fun pattern, the research and development at Vera Bradley is wildly inventive and constantly creating. The outlets give some awesome deals and the store is meticulously kept posh with the staff perfectly folding the bags and ensuring that each guest gets the same service!

For those of you wishing to take home the frozen Grotto Pizza, but do not have the right size cooler, the store carries the large sized insulated freezer bags for only a few dollars!!

Walking in here it feels like it is out of place is out of place with the rest of the stores located within the outlet. All the other stores have a certain aesthetic that fits their persona. However, this spot feels like it is stuck in the late 80s or early 90s. It feels a bit like it belongs in a strip mall instead of an outlet. Inside it wasn't much better. There seems to be minimum organization. And what was organized it feels like they were moving it around to mess up that organization. I'm not sure exactly what is happening here, I mean they were moving full on racks, just dragging them across the floor. It was weird. The pricing wasn't much different than finding it any store where their product is sold.

We found Yesterdays Fun Vintage Toys & Games which was located in The Shops Of First Street Station. It appeared as an two story outdoor outlet filled with shops and a giant chess board with giant chess pieces in the middle of the shops. From the welcoming dog bowl ready for any passing pup, to the attentive staff greeting you as you enter, to the epic local merch for Bethany Beach... we always enjoy when we stop here during our stroll up and down the Main Street of town. With a wide selection of name brand surf clothing and beach gear, you can be assured to find something that you need or just something that you want to remember your trip by. I have purchased all of my Reef sandals from here over the years... it is nice to try on what you are buying and to check out the latest trends. Even with Size 15 shoes, they always have plenty of sizes and options for me too! I LOVE their Bethany Beach merch.
