Started coming to this location about five years ago after moving to Collin county. I met my stylist then and have stuck with her ever since. She's been amazing (of course), the receptionists are always professional and kind, the environment is always fun, the building, bathrooms, etc are clean, booking is super easy- An overall excellent find. I made an appointment about 2 weeks ago with a protege level. I could have probably gotten a sooner appointment if I wanted to. When I arrived I was greeted right away and taken to the seating area in the back. Because I was a new client I received a mini facial, that was a great surprise. I was offered water and met my stylist, Gulan. She was great. She listened to what I wanted and gave me her advice on what she thought I should do. She also kept great conversation. I will be scheduling with her again. This is a clean salon with very friendly staff. There is ample parking around this place on the street and parking garage. This salon is spectacular - Erica has been my stylist for almost 6 months now, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Their response was "that happens when booking online sometimes". Well enough lesson learned. Don't book online. I get my hair done and book before leaving for 5 weeks out. Put it in my phone calendar. I get to my appointment last week and they can't find me on the schedule. Would need to reschedule and the next availability is almost 3 weeks out! They did offer a discount for their mess up. However really not happy that you can't even get me in. My hair didn't look much better when I left than it did when I went in. I had scheduled for a cut and all over color. I got a trim and roots. I told the stylist that the gray around my face was hard to color, and that the color used on my hair was always much darker than expected. She assured me that she could match the color below my roots. She didn't listen to me. The color at the bottom was a light brown and the roots were a very dark brown, and I still had some silver around my face. I spent a lot of money for something I could have done at home. The first time I came here, I was here for moral support for my best friend. She came here about a month ago to get her hair colored. She asked her stylist, who claimed she's a "master", to ombré her naturally dark brown hair with a light GRAY. We spent about 3.5 - 4 hours here and my friend got the exact OPPOSITE of what she asked for. The final product: BLEACH BLONDE with PINK in it... NOT ombréd either! It looked as if she had bleached her hair a few months prior and her natural color was growing out again. Now, I know I don't have my cosmetology license, but I've personally been getting my hair colored/dyed enough to know what ombré should look like, and that's not it. The stylist claimed the pink was in there because my friend had used something from lush and the chemicals were still in her hair... But she hadn't used anything from Lush in her hair in over two weeks prior to her appointment! The stylist the claimed that my friend had put something else in her hair and if she had known that before the appointment, they would've gone a different route. This was a pretty serious accusation because my friend hadn't put any chemicals of any sort in her hair prior, and if she had (if it was in any shampoos or other hair care products), she wouldn't have known. The stylist kept accusing her of putting something in her hair and kept saying the pink was a result of it, but we (my friend, myself and her sister) know that was absolutely not the case. When we saw the final product dry, the stylist stepped away a few times to let myself and my friends sister talk with my friend about how we felt, and we kept telling her it wasn't ombré and that she needed to get it fixed. The stylist next to us kept listening in on our conversation (given, we weren't really being quiet but weren't yelling either) and then after the third time my friends stylist came back, the stylist next to us chimed in and made a comment on what we were saying to my friend's stylist, when it wasn't her place to say anything. Needless to say, that whole appointment was an unorganized mess and my friend and I both will NOT be back! read more

Well... my hair was done about one week ago and so far it's not good. I got a haircut and overall color from blonde highlights to black. I started noticing a lot of patches that were not colored on at all. And now I have to deal with a patchy overall color that I paid $300 including tip. Tried to contact them and no answer, tried to text them to rectify the situation by getting it redone or getting a refund. read more

Well, I read great reviews so I gave it a shot for a full balayage with Bill. I showed him 5 photos and I was really excited because he seemed to understand what I needed until I saw that he had darkened my hair 6 shades! I immediately told him that's not what I asked for and he apologized and said we must have gotten our wires crossed so I told him to fix it and he said that he had another client coming and that I could come back and see someone else in two days! The next morning, I called and said that I couldn't wait 48 hours so they booked me with Noel who I showed the same photos too! She said that my ends couldn't handle anymore process so she would brighten up the base. She pulled some foils and now it looks even worse. My ends are so dark from the black lowlights he added and my mid area is orange looking. I will never come here again. After my visit, the owners sent an email to let them know how the service went.
