This nail shop definitely did not make a new customer out of me today. When I went in they were friendly and told me to come back in 25 minutes for a pedicure. I said OK and I would be back. When I returned she told me there were two people in front of me, and I replied are you telling me that I have to wait longer and if so how much longer? She replied back that I just needed to make an appointment! I told her you do realize you told me to come back in 25min. Then she proceeded to talk in her native language to the man worker- who just put his head down when I looked his way as he could confirm the 25min as he said it and they were both in the room working on customers when I first came it. This is a great place to go for a pedicure or manicure. They are friendly and their prices are very reasonable. It is not fancy so don't go here thinking it's top of the line spa. It isn't. Still I enjoy going here. read more

This place is and was my very last option. It's owner ran, so it's only the wife and husband that works there at any given time. So I guess they figure that if they take your nail polish off or sit you in the chair and stick your feet in the water... You CAN'T leave. I can't argue with them there, after all ..... You have to do something to keep ppl there. Anyways, an hr or so later they finally get to you to finish. They don't post all of their prices. So as you sit there, it's a guessing game and if you ask a question they don't give you a clear answer. With my last visit, I asked to have my daughters uv nails filled and mine removed. They sat us both down and began soaking my uv nails in acetone. I explained to them that 1) acetone would not soften the gel and 2) I don't want my actual nails to get dried out or damaged because of the harsh chemical. Meanwhile my daughter is still sitting to be serviced. An hr or so later. He comes back to file my nails. Even after seeing there wasn't any progress with soaking them in acetone they continued the process. By this time the wife starts on my daughter's nails. My daughter tells her that they are painted with gel polish. Even though you cld clearly see it without having to mention it she still attempted to remove the polish with nail polish remover? They failed me in SO MANY WAYS! Just to name a few ...They decided to discuss prices with a non paying minor, they failed to remove the gel off my nails yet still charged me for it and while painting my nails they forgot to turn on the uv light so my nails never set. She got black gel polish all over my hands and charged $20 dollars for gel polish. The going rate in this area is 5-10 dollars and those are the well known places. Needless to say after so many mistakes and $70 dollars later.... I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE. They've officially lost my business. Caveat emptor .... This place is horrible! read more

1. This place is disgusting and dirty. They water down the soap to the point that it is literally like water coming out of the bottle. I don't want to touch anything in there because it is filthy. 2. I have been here a total of 2 times both times I was overcharged. 1st I was charged $15 vs $10 extra for gel polish. The 2nd time I was charged an extra $5 for my fill in to remove the gel polish that I was originally overcharged for. I have NEVER been charged extra to remove polish when I was getting a fill in....NEVER!!!!! 3. They are ridiculously slow and I was told to wait because the lady in the shop needed to go eat. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. The work is not worth the prices the charge. read more

Went here to get an acrylic fill in, and had gel color done. Place was pretty empty, it was early though. They accept walk-ins which was great for me! A guy did the fill-in and filing, I thought he did great. Although I like my nails done short, which I told him, and he barely took any of the growth off when originally filing. I didn't say anything because I thought he was going to get clippers out. But when it was apparent he wasn't going to file them any shorter, I spoke up, and he filed them shorter. All good in the world now! I went to another girl for the color, and I thought she was super nice too. They didn't have a lot of options as far as gel color was concerned, but I found a nice shade that I like. The paint job came out ok, I feel she got a little of the paint on my cuticles around the nail along w/ the nail itself, so they don't look as neat as I'd like, but they don't look too sloppy. I posted a picture here to the page. I might shop around for another place when I'm ready to get my next fill-in, but I'd probably still return here if I don't find somewhere else. Overall they were very inexpensive, $15 for the fill in and $20 for gel color which I've paid more elsewhere, so they were alright in my book! read more

Cheaper than many other places in town..you get what you pay for! My mother and I both got gel polish and within a day it was lifting and chipping! We went back to get them fixed the following day and the lady had a NASTY ATTITUDE. She told me that my nails were fine and the polish that was lifting would wash away as I washed my hands. Clearly I knew she was bs-Ing me. The gel polish was on my cuticles and skin. She decides she's only going to fix one of my moms nail and have an attitude about it. She put a top layer on all the nails and told her to be more careful. Needless to say we will not be going back there. read more

I'd give it no stars if I could. I just left this place and my nails look a hot damn mess. I asked for a french gel polish. So it's $12 EXTRA now for them to go above & beyond and trim away my cuticles???? The woman that worked on me had no problem just slapping the polish over my beat up cuticles. Not to mention, the gel started bumping up on my thumb while it was curating. you think she even cared to fix it? Not at all. I will not go back to this place. read more
