My husband and I go to get a pedicure. We have gone many times and never disappointed. Everyone is always very nice. .

My friend and I went together and paid for the exact same pedicure. She got more than twice the massage and callous treatment as I did and he burned me with the hot towel. He didn't even put lotion on my feet/legs, I've never walked out of a pedicure with my feet more dehyrated walking out than when I went in. Would not recommend, will definitely not be going back. read more

He kept trying to twist my arm into positions it can't do- finally told him he is hurting me as I have a dislocated shoulder he should have at least asked me . Kept pulling in my fingers to get them into a position I can't do. When I said I wanted powder gel color he replied back as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He then said gel color? If I could give no stars I would! This place is horrible! I went and got my nails done, during i told the guy i wanted them thicker so they dont brwak beacuse he was doing them pretty thin. He tells me no they wont break. He wouldn't do my nails the way i wanted at all so i got plain black. the same day one of my nails completely came off so I went to get it fixed. He told me I bit it off. Why would I do that after spending 120 on my nails. As the days go on all my nails pop off. There was no one else in there yet for some reason it was the most rushed experience. I've never had a nail manicure that has turned out worse than what my 3 year old niece could do. There is polish clumped up at the bottom instead of a nice clean line. There is polish on my skin around my nails. Nothing about this manicure looks professional. I could have done a better job and saved $32. I feel strongly that this place is not worth the money and you should find a better alternative. read more

They did a great job for a great price. However, they need a no-child policy here. This one customer brought in her already tired and cranky baby into the salon. It screamed for a good 30 minutes before it was calmed down. I was aggravated the entire time I was there. Babies DO NOT belong in nail salons. Get a sitter if you want your nails done. Let's see.....stopped in because I read the reviews and didn't have time to go to my normal salon. The man in there yelled at clients if they didn't move fast enough or pay the attention. The staff talked to each other only the whole time. But the worst part is the lady who did my pedicure tapped my legs every time she wanted me to do something. Tap tap....left. Tap tap.....right. Use your words or move my legs but tapping is rude......she pulled and twisted my ankle to get me in the position she wanted...something that should've been relaxing was stressful and uncomfortable but on a good note my toes look good. Not to mention there was a child of one of the employees that was allowed to sit behind me and watch videos loudly. Plus they had to unplug her phone so I could use the chair. I went there today to get my eyebrows done as I was waiting an older lady came in and asked the prices for a mani and pedi. After finding out the prices she went to the car an got out an elderly lady that was using a walker, immediately upon entering they stared at the lady as if she had the plague and started talking in their language. The owner said I will just cut her nails the lady said yes but she also wants a pedi, she said I think she just need her nails cut. Asked for a soak off. After waiting 10 minutes I was waved over to have a seat. The employee began to drill my nails down while having an entire conversation on her phone as if I wasn't in her chair! She then stuck a nail tip under my enhancement and began to pry it off damaging my natural nail. I immediately got up and left. So this is my first time getting my nails done in NC and idk if what I was told is true or if this place is just trying to add dollars wherever they can. I went in for a dip manicure and and the girl literally filed my nails and went straight to powder so I'm like aren't you going to pluck my cuticles and lotion and message my hands and all that? (It's a MANICURE not just polish) and she tells me cutting cuticles is extra. Never in my life hVe I heard of such a thing?? She said normally they just push the cuticles that are sticking up back down? It made no sense so an extra $8 there..for a whopping $50 manicure!!!! INSANE pricing. She didn't even pluck the cuticles she just completely cut them off. So weird. I'm from Ny everything is expensive there and I've still never even paid half that for a manicure and you get everything included. Same thing happened for pedicure the callous scrapping was an extra 5$ ? Just made no sense. Place was clean, staff was friendly, service was quick but prices were outrageous! $10 eyebrow wax with a very short wait. The staff are friendly and the salon is in a convenient location with plenty of parking. I was there at 11:30 AM on a Thursday and was in an out in less than 10 minutes. I did have to ask for the towel on the waxing table to be changed because it was dirty.
