I came here with my family for dinner on Mother's Day. It was pretty busy but we didn't have any issue waiting (we actually made a reservation for three). And our order came out in a reasonable amount of time. I always love the flan here. And they gave out a rose to the moms at the end of the meal. I tried the corn soup and veggie and pierogi empanada. All was delicious. It's a very chill vibe and overall good find for all occasions.

Tangos Daytona is absolutely amazing! Authentic Mexican cuisine done right. I paid $10.99 for empanadas with a side, and it was worth every penny. The food was divine, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can truly taste the authenticity. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I ordered the skirt steak first, I didn't care for it and sent it back. For me the flavor was lacking and I didnt enjoy the texture of it. The rice didnt have much flavor or salt but the grilled veggies were delicious. I ordered the chicken in place of the steak and that had more flavor than the steak. I wouldn't order it again though. Our server was great.

The Tiramisu is delicious, the best I have ever had. Service is great, variety is good. They even have a variety of coffees. Music is so soothing

We popped in about 45 minutes before they closed, and it wasn't super busy. The dining is small, but nicely lit and clean. The waiter was pretty attentive and never made us feel rushed, despite our being there until a few minutes after 8. Everyone loved what they ordered. My friend got the salmon, and she said everything was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. My other friend ordered the cuban minus pickles, and said it was one of the best she'd had. She lives in Jacksonville, and said she would definitely come down the coast to eat here again. I ordered a fried chicken empanada with salsa criolla, and it was deliciosa. Crispy, well seasoned, and flavorful. I also had the loaded tostones with steak. 10 out 10 recommend. They were so wonderful. I didn't need to add salt or pepper to anything and the steak bites were so stinking good. This is definitely on my list of places to return to the next time I'm in the area.

What a pleasant surprise! Tango's was decided upon at the last minute, on a whim. Upon arrival, there were just a few other patrons but the interior was lovely. The spaciousness, greenery, blue color of the walls, and mellow music gave the entire place a relaxing, unpretentious, easy-going vibe. There were flat screens too! One of them displayed delicious, attractive menu items along with descriptions. That was a great marketing investment. The pictures alone were mouth-watering. The menu had a very nice variety of options. There were salads, rice bowls, hot sandwiches, burgers, a kids' menu, specialty entrees like seafood and steaks, pinchos (marinated, skewered meats), and desserts. There are lunch specials during the week and beer & wine are offered. If you go, you'll find something delicious to eat. Service was straight-forward and we didn't wait long for our food. The "Hubs" said that his classic Cuban Sandwich was the best that he's ever had, due to the tasty, tender, juicy pork and homemade bread. At first, we thought a few items seemed rather pricy, but I quickly noticed the quality, taste, and attention to detail with the food. You can taste the love and care in the food. In addition, the portion sizes were substantial. I concluded that the food was an excellent value for the price. We're already planning to go back again. This place is definitely a jewel.

Stopped here for a late lunch after working in the area and based on yelp! recommendations and reviews. Terrific choice! Surprising (in a good way) interior. Kind and efficient servers. The food? Wish I lived closer but this may be my go to when I visit here next quarter. Former Miami Beach and SFL resident, this Cuban sandwich was one of the best! Add the plantains with side of a mayo based garlic aioli and chimichurri and I was in food heaven. Finish me off with a cafe con leche and I am thrilled. Well played, Tango's. Well played.

So good! We were in the area and hungry and got lucky that they had just opened at 2 on Sunday. Just delicious. I had the Cuban and my hubby got a rice bowl. We took a bunch out empanadas to take home. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. If you are in the area, try it. So good!

My husband had their top selling sour & sampled their watermelon Kölsch. Both were very good. We started with their bbq egg rolls which was the draw to get us here. They didn't disappoint!! There was a special on their wings, which was $1.25 a wing no matter the count! We added those and got 6 to split. They were a little too over done, crispy & dry, they were just ok. Main meal; we decided to split the Triple B which came with two sides. We chose the deviled egg salad, baked beans & got some green beans too! Green beans were the best of the three. That burger was absolutely delicious. Juicy, cooked to perfection and on point with ALL the flavors. Sampled the fried ribs. Never experienced them this way and highly recommend! Everyone just seems so happy here so you can tell that it really enjoy their jobs which makes a huge difference. We started off with the coconut shrimp and had like this coconut mayo dipping sauce was different, but it was really good, but I felt like it needed like a sweet-and-sour sauce then I had the mahi tacos with just the rice no black beans definitely still as good as the last time I tried it my boyfriend got the buffalo chicken pizza gluten-free and he ate the entire thing so that just tells you right off the bat that it was good and to finish off our dinners we ended with Keylime pie. It wasn't the best it was OK. I don't think I would have it again, though the ambience, excellent this place is adorable. It's like a diamond in the rough. No one really knows it's here but anytime ever and someone says they're going to Daytona. I always recommend this place. Go here! You will never be disappointed trust me!

Having been to the grind over the years, we have certain expectations as to the quality of food and…read moreservice. I want to preface this by saying we went on a very cold day and ate indoors..the pizza was outstanding and the waiter was friendly and engaging..in other words, typical for our experiences there. Prior to this, we even brought friends who hadn't been there before and loved it...now, to our recent experience: We were seated and the waitress seemed as though she wasn't very familiar with the menu and had to check on our requests, each check took a disturbingly long time. When we brought our friends, my gal ordered a hamburger and I asked the waitress if she could have the wagyu, rather than the angus burger, she readily said yes and my gal marveled over the burger...fast forward to the last experience, the waitress said she'd have to order the wagyu as posted and it "wasn't available" as a stand alone order. So my gal settled for the angus burger and again, the wait was a bit long and as we were considering to leave, the waitress showed up, gave us our food and left. the onion rings were cold...literally...they had been out so long that they weren't even warm (our prior experiences the onion rings arrived hot and delicious). Again we waited for our waitress to return and my gal had to ask another waitress if she could get us some hot onion rings. That waitress noted the cold onion rings and brought them back to the kitchen to prove we weren't being unreasonable, which was a greatly appreciated gesture on her part. Very promptly, the "other" waitress brought our onion rings, apologizing profusely...we thanked her and when my gal started into her Caesar salad, it was inedible....soggy, nearly tasteless and resembling a hot spinach salad with soggy lettuce than a crisp Caesar salad....the upside, the second batch of onion rings were up to their usual excellent standard, the burger was good, but not the intensity of flavor their wagyu burger had. If we hadn't been semi-regulars, it is a near certainty we wouldn't go back, but we aren't going to let a single experience unravel years of good experiences.

We had to walk by it to get over to the retail store, which is in a huge yard behind it. Yard itself has all kinds of concessions in it, all of which were shut. Only exception, you ask? Why it's the IHS retail outlet, of course! Walk into the joint and its wall to wall T-shirts, jackets, hoodies and other apparel. Beyond that, there are branded accessories and souvenirs in all kinds of categories. One side note: the store is also an impromptu shrine to our newly elected POTUS. The lady at the register, who seemed to be alone in the store, was busy folding shirts but still friendly and helpful at the same time. She was able to answer the Queen Bee's queries and helped her find the way around. One small note is they even have commemorative IHS whisky bottles of both Gentleman Jack, Wolford Reserve as well as other kinds of hooch on one particular table near center of store. While the bottles were quite lovely and tasteful (damn: I didn't snap a photo), I didn't get one for two reasons... 1. I ain't paying $50+ for a $35 bottle of bourbon 2. I ain't livin' down stink eye from the Queen Bee That said, we had to pass through saloon itself to get back to car parking lot. We didn't bother stopping for a cold one and shoot pool, darts or Jack. There were plenty of biker dudes to keep 'em fairly busy for an early weekday afternoon as it was. They seem to have a basic menu of bar food in there also, but I had no desire to stay. Queen Bee got what she wanted, and I became a supportive spouse for the day! I'm sure that anyone reading this should know that once Bike Week, Race Week and all that stuff get closer, this place will get exponentially more crowded. I'm also sure that anyone reading this should realize that this place caters to bikers/riders, particularly Harley ones. Signs all over the place warn patrons to keep out their attitudes, animals and gang patches. At the same time, they are quite accepting of the mostly regular people who just happen to ride. So if you're one of those folks, this lil watering hole slash sub/cultural icon, then there ya go. Mix and mingle with all sorts of fellow hobbyists from doctors, to plumbers, executives and lawyers to teamsters, carpenters and sawyers.

Honestly, there is not a lot going on this part of Ormond unless there is a big bike event; however, Iron Horse is open year-round. The steak tips with mushrooms and mashed potatoes are the bomb, especially with a little hot sauce and salt/pepper, but be prepared to get messy because it is served in a tiny Dixie paper boat that can barely hold the serving. The pork chop sandwich on white bread is a winner, the slab of baloney on the baloney sandwich is thick! and gyros are delicious even though they are not cut from a rotisserie. All of the food out here is pretty damn good and is always cooked fresh; especially during events, since there is always a line. The bands that play here are not always my first choice, but they do have a great lineup every now and then. Drinks are reasonable and if you get to know the bartenders, they might hook you up If you are here during Bike Week or Biketoberfest, definitely stop to say hi to Diana, you can't miss her, she is the gorgeous lady working the bar at the entrance. Also check out the actual Iron Horse bar that is open year-round; it is small, divey, and unique, but they serve a stiff drink. Iron Horse has a great selection of tee's, vests, jackets, and other riding gear available for purchase at their onsite store. During large bike events there are at least 20 vendors on site selling boots, eye protection, knives/pepper spray, installing LED lighting, and repairing upholstery. Iron Horse host several competitions, like their Bikini contest, the baddest bagger contest, the burn-out contest, and more, which enhances the overall Biker experience. During Motorcycle events, lot parking is only for motorcycles, parking is free, but if you cannot ride in loose dirt, don't go down there otherwise you could get stuck. Fortunately, I have no problem managing the terrain; however, I have seen other riders, blow out their cooling system, get stuck, or topple over sometimes two-up on full dressers, ouch! Staff also parks riders like sardines, so there is very little room to navigate out of kickstand position. FYI - there is a ton of other free and paid parking in the area if you prefer to park and ride on more stable ground. All-in-all, Iron Horse Saloon is awesome place to go during big bike events, but just a good place to visit during down season. Regardless, I highly recommend stopping in to check them out.
