Unfortunately the clubhouse got booked for Aug 29 which we were not aware of and Asha rental guys who had come on Aug 29 morning , for giving us the extra day for preparations, had to carry back their stuff without being able to set it up for us. They had to come again the next morning. They did it all for us without any charges. Honestly, the bigger thing was they did all this with a smile... without making us feel guilty. We felt definitely were extremely uncomfortable for causing them inconvenience. But were more happier to know about Asha Rental Services Highly recommend this team !!

I never made such an impulsive purchase, but I immediately asked for the contract and sent her the deposit that afternoon. One thing I liked about Jackie was the fact that I was able to text her anytime and any day if I had a question or needed something. Not only was she responsive, she would ask around if she didn't have the answer. The month before our big day, we had our meeting to go over details and timeline. She made sure to reach out to every single one of our vendors so everyone was on the same page. The week of the wedding was hectic for us, but she was made sure her timeline matched our photographer and everything was in place. I also had chargers that I wanted for every guest, and she made that happen! On our big day, she arrived to the venue at 2:30pm, so she could make sure all the vendors were there. When we arrived around 4pm, she made sure the bridal party knew what to do for the ceremony since we didn't have rehearsal the day before. She checked in with us throughout the night and gave us a heads up before the next agenda. She orchestrated the entire night so effortlessly that I felt at ease. Only problem was, the playground was closed for renovations. Nicole and her team didn't let us know that the playground was closed although they arrived on-site 2 hours earlier. When I arrived, I had to scramble with the team to move the setup to the park next-door. Everything was OK at the end and even some of our guests offered help. One of the main reason we book with Nicole is that when things go wrong, I'd like her to step up and resolve them. But instead, she CHARGED US $300 for moving to the next playground. Wow, we were expecting apology, not a $300 bill. Even if you are a repeating and happy client of Nicole (like us), I advise you to start looking for more professional services with other organizers. We appreciate the many events she helped us until she dropped the ball completely and insulted us by charging us extra afterwards. -- Nicole responded by saying that they couldn't have foresaw that the playground was closed. This is false as her team showed me that they sent Nicole messages and videos of playground being closed before they setup anything. They could have communicated this with us earlier and moved to This is beyond surprising on how Nicole handles unexpected cases. Instead of trying to prove she is right, it would have been easier to say "shit happens" and make it right... Very surprising and weak response.

On the day of the wedding, luckily since no other party was happening beside us we got a larger hall for free of charge. It made a big difference to the space. We also were able to add extra decor (Photo Booth, charger plate, etc) to meet the minimum.
