We were told that they knew the wedding party had reserved the bar and would be arriving at some point in the evening. Now I can understand that neither the server nor the bartender made the reservation or knew exactly when the bar would have to be closed down. However, they should have told us that the bar would be closing, and given us the opportunity to go somewhere else. They also should have refunded our drinks, because it was their fault not to have warned us beforehand. This is simply an example of poor management.

We needed a rollaway bed for our son which was very comfortable and an extra $25 for the whole stay. Coffee maker with pods in the room along with a microwave. Customer service is the best. Idle Restaurant on site is exceptional. Loved the unique food and great service. A wine tasting patio closer to the rooms and office with a great view of the "river". Enjoyed hiking in and around the property. Very reasonably priced but if you've never been there, best to arrive during daylight hours since the property is down a driveway about 100 yards down a hill.
