The storage space and remodeled kitchen made them unit extremely desirable which we would have stayed in the complex if we did not have another little one on the way. We had no issues with the management of the complex until Monday, May 24th. We received a collections letter for Brittany Springs for the move out fee. On March 3, 2021 a money order was personally handed to the accountant at the complex. And as indicated on Monday May 24th we get this letter. We did resolve the issue with Brittany Springs, it was determined to be the fault of the complexes accountant. Now the issue is having the black mark removed from the credit report. I believe it should the responsibility of who started this mess to clean up their mess. Make sure to make and keep copies of any and all transactions when dealing with any and everyone.

A year later, I revisited the issue and a secondary maintenance crew came out. Promising of fixes and never receiving any. Keep in mind there's multiple toilets so it wasn't a major pressing issue, I trusted the lakeview team would notate and follow through on their promises, to my demise I wrongfully trusted them. At this point in time, the toilet pump broke, causing a flood in my upstairs. The guy came the next day and say they would have contractors come fix the ceiling. The water came through the roof, dampening the carpet, and ruining my couch. The couch was soaked with toilet water and therefore no longer useable. Lakeview townhomes is not taking responsibility for the lack of maintenance follow through, and a clear neglect of the issue led to damages to not only my home but my Persia k property. A mildew smell now resonates and I'm told that they have no history of the issue. At what I thought was a great community at first, had quickly turned into an absolutely money hungry nightmare. They are refusing to reimburse for my personal expenses needed due to maintenance incompetency. Very very disappointed- I will be leaving once my lease is up
