Unlike the previous company that cared more about the landscaping than anything else, this new company is tackling the larger issues on the property. They're replacing the roofs, enforcing the bylaws, and - very thankful for this - taking responsibility for the roach issue by going building-to-building to eradicate them. Most importantly, don't let people scare you into thinking that this place is unsafe. I feel safe here, and I haven't had a reason not to feel safe here. A diverse, multicultural community does not mean the property is unsafe. When the weather's nice, there are barbecues, kids playing outside, and people out on walks. This place is surrounded by parks that are full of kids of all ages. That all being said, the buildings could still use some updates, particularly in the common areas. The hallways and laundry rooms aren't the worst I've seen, but new carpet, paint, trim, and light fixtures would sure go a long way! One project at a time, I suppose.

I LOVE IT...thanks to this amazing place. The building, amenities, and location are stellar!  And of course, Cara and Autumu maintain it so well.    It has been SO FUN living here.
