The storage space and remodeled kitchen made them unit extremely desirable which we would have stayed in the complex if we did not have another little one on the way. On March 3, 2021 a money order was personally handed to the accountant at the complex. And as indicated on Monday May 24th we get this letter. We did resolve the issue with Brittany Springs, it was determined to be the fault of the complexes accountant. Now the issue is having the black mark removed from the credit report. I believe it should the responsibility of who started this mess to clean up their mess. Make sure to make and keep copies of any and all transactions when dealing with any and everyone.
