Move-in condition was excellent - clean & all appliances in working order. The office staffs are always ready to respond to requests and I have found them invariably pleasant. I love that staffs keeping the residents informed through newsletters and regular emails. They also host social gatherings which are fun to attend as residents of the community. Maintenance staff is super quick to fix any work order and to clean up the snow as well keeping the community looking spectacular. Indoor pool and hot tub are awesome during winter. Fitness center is equipped with precor equipments. There is an ample guest parking around the buildings. Private entrances which are very uncommon in Chicago area make it feel like a townhouse than an apartment. Really glad we decided to move here, we don't see us leaving anytime soon.

The complex has a mix of families and roommates as well as ages and races which makes the environment welcoming. The condo space itself is well cared for and extremely spacious. Living in them 2bd 2ba unit was great for our family of 2 adults and 2 children and cat. The storage space and remodeled kitchen made them unit extremely desirable which we would have stayed in the complex if we did not have another little one on the way. Another friend had a guest in town for two months and management wouldn't allow them to use any utilities. Wtf! They were visiting for months. You should feel welcome in your place of living not harassed. Because of this, I don't recommend this complex to anyone.

We had no issues with the management of the complex until Monday, May 24th. We received a collections letter for Brittany Springs for the move out fee. On March 3, 2021 a money order was personally handed to the accountant at the complex. And as indicated on Monday May 24th we get this letter. We did resolve the issue with Brittany Springs, it was determined to be the fault of the complexes accountant. Now the issue is having the black mark removed from the credit report. I believe it should the responsibility of who started this mess to clean up their mess. Make sure to make and keep copies of any and all transactions when dealing with any and everyone.
