Beware! These people are cheats and thieves!
I would never recommend anyone do business with this place. About a month back we ordered dinner for 7 people using their online ordering system. Mind you this order came to around $80. The order went through, stated it was placed, and even provided a pick up time of 30-45 minutes. We went to the restaurant to pick up the food in the appropriate time frame, but when we got there the whole place was closed. No cars in the lot, No lights on anywhere, Locked doors. So I immediately called my bank and explained what had happened. They said not to worry, that unless someone physically reconciles the charge, the hold should just fail off in a few days. They very next day the charge was processed. Someone associated with this place went in and accepted payment on food they knew they did not serve. Then within the next week they updated the website to say temporarily closed and disconnected their phone, making the practically impossible to contact. My bank is still trying to reach out to them to get my money back. So here I am, out almost $80 for food I never got, because of the deceptive and thieving practices of this business. read more
