Went today for a super burrito de pastor and literally all rice and bean charged for super didn't get a drop of sour cream or guac. The lil meat that was there was burnt. Never ever, ever go here. Would give 0 stars if I could read more

I got this doordash. Was $25 off so I ordered lunch, dinner and lunch for tomorrow. Now to review what I ordered to eat at the moment: the torta. I ordered it with no guac due to allergy and it came with guac. Minus a star. I feel for small businesses so I did not ask for a refund. My allergy just makes my throat itchy and I was hungry and didn't want to waste food so I ate it. Despite the allergy it was good! They gave two salsas, lime, radish, and a jalapeño. I used it all to taste test and they all added a nice touch of flavor. Pretty good but I'll try them ONE more time. Will update review when I eat the burrito and see if they left the guac out also haha. read more

First, the shrimps were charred on one side. Two, the guy taking my order upcharged my burrito AND water bottle. What should have been a $12 burrito got changed to $15 just because I asked for shrimp. The water bottle came to a total of $3 because they add $1 tax to every item. And third, none of it was good enough or portion wise, big enough to justify it being a $15 burrito. It was pitiful. Don't let the location in front of Home Depot foul you. This spot is hella good! Food is delicious and flesh. I had the Quesbirria tacos and I want MOOOOORE! I have seen the whole Quesabirria thing take off and had never tried it. Sure enough 2 years later I do and it was at the right spot. You can tell they cook with love, you can just taste it. But this time there was no line so I wanted to try their food. I've had a chicken burrito and it was super yummy. Everything in my burrito tasted very fresh and tasty. You gotta be kiddin' me. The customer service that I've received here is beyond words. I came for a breakfast burrito this evening and when the gent behind the counter said he didn't have eggs at the time, he quickly offered to walk to a nearby store and get some eggs so we could grab a few breakfast burritos. Just unheard of. The burritos themselves were delicious and well tended to; anyone with taste buds would agree that every ingredient tasted great, was made fresh, and added a perfect and complementary element to the meal at hand. I had bad service a couple of times here. The guy taking my order wouldn't say a word to me as I was trying to order a breakfast burrito. When I asked what meat was in the breakfast burrito, he just pointed to the side of the truck. Maybe he was having a bad day, but it reminded me of the first time I ate there. Haven't tried the Pittsburg location. The Martinez location at the chevron on Pacheco blvd has outstanding taco, quesadillas and Mulita's. Have had the quesadillas with chicken or shrimp. Will Try them with carnitas or carne asada also. The food is always hot fresh and delicious! read more

These people are nasty!! Like the food is ok, but the attitude for NO REASON is unacceptable and disgusting! I get on the phone and order a torta, everything seems fine, I get there and pay for it and the lady doesn't think I deserve my change or forgot.. so I say my change, and she gets some coins out and slams/throws them at me. In what world is that ok? Shady behavior, they don't deserve to be in business if this is how they operate. I was grateful they took my order, but then when it became clear the lady had some kind of temperament issue I couldn't shake that feeling of being mad at myself for giving them my business. They don't deserve it if they don't appreciate and respect their customers. I'm most upset because I was in a rush and had to get back to work, so I wasn't able to EXPRESS myself in the moment. Service is terrible. Very rude when I asked for more sauce. I don't know why I keep going there because this is the second time they've been rude to me. I asked for a lot of limes and they gave me like 3 slices when I've ordered so much food, same goes for the sauces. I got asada fried and the fries look as if I ordered extra small fries. If i could give them a ZERO I would! I ordered a plate of quesabirrias on saturday 4/10/21 and asjed for no onions. I had driven away when i opened the plate and realized that it had onions. I drove back and took the plate back to the truck and told them that they put onions in it and i had ordered it without. They told me i would have to pay for a new plate of i wanted it re-made. I told the lady i was allergic and that is why i had specifically ordered it with no onions and she said i was lying and did not say no onions. She said she could pull up the video to prove i did not say it. I asked her to bring out the video so we can see that i did say no onions. She refused. I asked her to just remake my food since i have an allergy and she said she would not waste her money since i did not say no onions. I told her that was illegal and she said she didnt care. She refused to refund me or make me a new plate without me paying another $10 for the new quesabirrias. I then asked her if she was the owner and she said no. I asked her for the owner's phone number and she said no which is also illegal. She refused to give me anything and wanted me to just go away without helping me. I continued to ask her for the owners phone number since when i report them to the Better Business Bureau it will be him who will have to show up. She refused. I will be reporting them and i am going to take this to the highest escalation possible because of how rude, irresponsible, and stupidly the lady was acting. read more
