Each piece of beef in these tacos is very flavorful and loaded with spices. They provide a wide variety of taco combination options. Strongly

I tried to find some Asian food at the Asian Times Square. But they are pricey or closed. I found this Mexican restaurant. My Asian DNA changed to Mexican DNA. LOL. It was around 3 pm. There was no one at the restaurant. Someone came to the counter. I ordered chicken tacos. 3 tacos were around $6. The Mexican price defeated Made in China's price! LOL. I brought it to my hotel room. I ate it. It was delicioso(delicious) . Gracious.

I've tried trompo tacos all over the DFW specially around the Grand Praire and Arlington area. Nothing comes close to Charly's trompo.

I can't believe that I've never before visited Mariano's Hacienda Ranch. I've been missing out on some great Tex-Mex! I knew I was going to have a great meal when I got out of the car and smelled the Mesquite smoke from the grill that Mariano's uses. The food was awesome and delicious. My Margarita was tasty, with a very generous pour of Tequila. The two salsas, traditional and warm chipotle, were fresh, with vibrant flavors of tomatoes, chilies, onions, cilantro. The guacamole was the perfect combination of avacado, lime, salt, cilantro, and onion. Our queso came with dollops of sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and Picadillo ground beef. My lovely Wife had 3 Shrimp en Brochette with a Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada. She was overjoyed with her flavorful Mariano's Hacienda Ranch Tex-Mex dinner! I was so very happy with my delicious Beef Fajitas (they used tender outside skirt steak) with onions and peppers, all grilled over Mesquite coals. The flavors of Mesquite permeated my fajitas with smoky, sweet goodness, while the marinated meat was grilled perfectly over high heat, to yield juicy, seared, melt-in-your-mouth, beef flavor. Service was friendly and professional. Our meal was relatively inexpensive, offering great value for the high quality of the very tasty Tex-Mex cuisine. I have a new favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in Arlington/North Texas. I offer my highest recommendation of Mariano's Hacienda Ranch in Arlington, Texas, at Hwy 360 & Majesty Drive. I can't wait to go back (especially for the Mesquite grilled Tex-Mex meals).

Everything starts with the fire-roasted salsa. That stuff is ridiculous. I'd pour it over a 2x4 and eat it. Smoky, fresh, and addictive. I have to stop myself from filling up on chips before the food arrives. The fajitas are the star of the show. Tender, flavorful, and consistently excellent every single time. This is one of those places where you don't need to study the menu. Just order the fajitas and thank me later. The service is always good too. The staff is friendly, attentive, and keeps everything moving without hovering over your table. If Mariano's ever changes their fajita recipe, I'm prepared to testify before Congress. Until then, this place gets an easy five stars from me.

Finally made it over to The Mexican and boy, a time was had!…read more Service here is top notch. From the moment I stepped in the door I was treated like a celebrity! Complimentary champagne, and AMAZING service from our waitress. I've literally never had a server with such extensive knowledge of a restaurant's menu. Very impressive! We also had a amazing experience with the manager. We needed some accommodations for our table and he was so thoughtful. He even provided us with a complimentary cuatro leches cake slice! (which was HUGE btw). While the service was exponentially excellent, the food was...good. The menu was what I would describe as "elevated Mexican" with some other Latin-inspired steakhouse dishes (think filet mignon with some salsa on the side) Everything was good, but nothing really stood out for me. One more thing, lots of good people watching lol! Dallas ladies love a to dress up and I saw so many fabulous looks on my recent visit. Great place for a date night or dinner with your girls. Highly recommend! Beautiful space with fantastic service!

I have been coming here for a few years now and have always had a very good experience every time. Parking is always good and available, even when they are busy. The restaurant itself is always clean and orderly. And the staff is always friendly and efficient. My favorite go-tos are the Queso Blanco and the Chicken Fajitas. The Queso is second to none. The Chicken Fajitas always have a nice wood grilled flavor to them that is sure to please you! A few times I have made it to dessert, but not very often. My favorite dessert herebis the churros. They are delicious in their own right, but they also give you different dipping sauces like chocolate, caramel, or even a vanilla cream. They are served hot and fresh!

Walking in, the restaurant immediately impressed us--it was spotless, bright, and very well organized. I loved seeing the area where they make fresh homemade flour tortillas; it really added to the authentic atmosphere. We were warmly greeted by the hostess, Ms. Chloe, whose friendly smile set the tone for a pleasant visit, and she quickly seated us in a cozy booth in Ms. Rebecca's section. Rebecca was attentive, kind, and efficient throughout our meal, bringing water, chips, and salsa right away and giving us time to comfortably look over the menu. We ordered a side of guacamole, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and the lunch beef burrito with Spanish rice. Although I'm not a seafood eater, my daughter absolutely loved the shrimp and finished every bite, which says a lot. The guacamole was fresh and the overall experience--from the service to the atmosphere--was very enjoyable. The only disappointment for me was the ground beef burrito. It was a bit underwhelming and didn't have the flavor I was hoping for, and I wished I had chosen the steak instead. On a future visit, I'd happily return but will definitely skip the ground beef option and try something else from the menu.

The food is consistently excellent, and we really appreciate that they maintain such high quality every time we visit. Depending on how busy the restaurant is, we'll either wait for a booth or sit at the bar. Unfortunately, we've repeatedly had disappointing experiences with the service at the bar. At first, we assumed it was just an off night, but it's happened several times with the same bartender. We've also noticed that the male bartender seems much more attentive and friendly toward other guests, particularly a group of women seated next to us, which made the difference in service even more noticeable. Despite these experiences, we've continued to tip 20% because the food is always great, and we've never sent anything back. We genuinely enjoy this restaurant and want to keep coming back. I just wish I didn't feel disappointed whenever we end up having to sit at the bar.
