The baba ghanouj had just the right amount of spice. Warm, balanced, and incredibly flavorful. The tabbouleh was so fresh and refreshing that I'm already trying to figure out how to recreate it at home. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, exactly how I like it: packed with flavor. The hummus was simply divine. The best hummus I've ever had. Paired with the soft, fresh pita, every bite was perfect. The garlic sauce instantly brought me back to my childhood. Some flavors have a way of unlocking memories, and this was one of them. And the tea was the perfect ending.
