But- we were driving back through today and I remembered a Mexican restaurant in Frisco, so we stopped in for lunch- great decision! They have some tables outside, but we chose inside seating. We sat down and a server brought over water, chips and 2 different salsas that were very tasty. I ordered a medium size skinny margarita- and it was huge- but also really good and tart- just the way I like them! I ordered a chicken dish and my husband ordered a pork dish- hindsight- we should have split one meal because they were huge!!! Very fresh and delicious, but we couldn't finish them. I didn't mind that the service was a little slow since they were getting slammed on a beautiful Saturday morning so I knew it would take a little while to get seated, order, and get food. It's a pretty cool restaurant with memorabilia on the walls and nicely furnished. I ordered the breakfast burrito grande that has eggs, black beans onions, green peppers and mushrooms and I chose to top it with vegetarian green chili. The dish came with potatoes on the side. I also ordered a single pancake on the side was a nice addition and i was completely full for the rest of the day. I can't wait to return to Butterhorn in the ski season next year.
