I noticed it after the first bite and couldn't eat the rest. I did call and let them know about it, and they apologized and offered to remake it, but I live a distance away and it was already late at night, so I didn't want to go back out. Quality of food has decreased and prices have risen. Used to pay $25 for free chips and two salsa, now have to pay $30 for chips and 1 salsa. I got the parrillada and the shrimp was not washed and tasted nasty. It's disappointing everything is increasing but the quality remains the same or gets worse. Buyer be ware!!!! Put in a "breakfast" taco online order for our office meeting and all I got was my choice meat and tortilla. App does not specify to add egg in a breakfast taco. Now I can understand confusions but when I call the restaurant to help me fix this they were not helpful at all. Even if I had to buy the extra egg to add to the tacos, I would have paid for it. This place used to be fantastic, but unfortunately, the unpleasant behavior of their staff has completely ruined it. I'm uncertain about the type of training the management provides, but every single person here has an extremely unpleasant demeanor. As I settled down to enjoy my dinner after a long day at work, the waitress, who was on the heavier side and wore James Avery bracelets and pink lipstick, came to my table and rudely asked, "What do you want to drink?" Moreover, when I kindly asked for a minute to place my order, I was taken aback by the poor customer service. She ended up giving me far more than just a few minutes, and I had to signal the kitchen staff to get her attention because she was busy on her phone, completely ignoring her responsibilities. Save your time and money by avoiding this place. I used to order from here frequently and even left generous tips, but they have undoubtedly lost my business. This place used to be my favorite until I started to come in the mornings for breakfast tacos. The ladies are so rude like if she's being force to take the orders. I simply went to order two tacos to go and when I gave her specific details about the tortillas she completely ignored that I was trying to tell her something then I eventually asked her if she heard me and she said yes but then she whispered "I'm not deaf" then when I asked her what did she said then her attitude completely changed and tried to be more friendly. Came here with my mom around 5pm on a Thursday so customers were scarce but we both enjoyed it very much. My mom got caldo de res which had plenty of vegetables and meat, soft and delicious, but the broth needed more flavor/seasoning. I got Chicken fajita enchiladas which were so good with a lot of meat and great flavor. We both enjoyed mine more. The waitress was so sweet and attentive, the environment was calm and relaxed as we watched tv or talked, and the restrooms were clean. My Dad was in town for some down home Tex Mex food so I told him my friends rav about this place in Pasadena do we went one Friday night the gorditas were great cooked to perfection the lemonade was great not watered down like I heard on a previous review. The only thing that was half cooked was the chips and fajita meat it was to hard to chew the customer service was. Excellent we were treated wonderful even though the fajitas were not cooked great we were given more meat and chips and the manager that was there that evening treated us with respect we will definitely go back again because of that read more

Menudo was okay, DO NOT get the waters there I tried the limonade and it tasted watered down, asked for it to be switched to horchata and that tasted horrible as well, we had a gordita de fajita and a taco de barbacoa and it was okay as well not the best I've had but It didn't taste bad, most likely not going back, service was good read more

Usually good, their queso I usually always love. There has been a few times when it is very grainy or runny. Not always consistent. Tortas are always yummy! Seafood soup was very good until a head with eyeballs was starring at me. It was my fault. I didn't know it came with squids. If you are into that then that is the soup for you! read more

We wanted Mexican food close to us. We saw the sign so we figured why not give it a try. That was about 5 years ago and we've been coming here ever since. Breakfast is awesome! We love to get the huevos rancheros or the chorizo con huevos. My kids love their breakfast tacos. The tortas are so good. Wait staff have always been awesome.
