They are so speedy! I went to the bathroom right after ordering, and my burrito was already at the table by the time I was back. Ordered the chile relleno burrito, which was vegetarian, and it was pretty good. Other people in my party thought that the food was too salty, but it may have been the meats that were on the salty side. I really enjoyed the salsas; the red one had a great smoky flavor, and the green was bright and spicy. I do not often frequent the Covina area, but I would not be opposed to coming again, especially since the owners were so kind read more

Delicioso (Translation: Delicious ) The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Service was lightning fast, and the food did not disappoint. I had the torta de asada--perfectly seasoned and satisfying. My husband ordered a variety of tacos (asada, lengua, tripa, cabeza, and carnitas), and every bite delivered that authentic street taco flavor we were craving. Definitely hit the spot! read more

Their carne asada tacos are AMAZING!!! Probably the best street tacos I've tasted in a while - full of flavor, tender and juicy. Been coming here for over 10 plus years, owner, & family are always wonderful , service is great whether I order drive-through or we eat inside it's always a pleasant experience. I had this placed bookmarked for a while. Food pics looked pretty good, especially salsas. On this lazy Sunday and craving menudo, i cruised through options via delivery app. When this place came up, I didn't hesitate. Unfortunately, food was very late and cold by the time it arrived. Driver waited almost an hour and I waited almost two hours for my food. Parts of my order were wrong too. My beef hard shell tacos were chicken and carnitas taco was adobada. The flavors were ok, so almost give them a pass for those blunders. Also ordered the carne asada plate, asada huarache, and menudo. Menudo was very bland. Not something I would order again. The asada wasn't it what I expected for a plate/combination. It was basically chopped taco meat on a plate. Flavor was ok, but again not something I would order again. Huarache was also just ok. Best part of the whole meal was the salsas. They did give us one of each. Red, green and milder one for chips. All in all, was not a good experience from start to end. Going to have to pass on this place next time. Too many great Mexican spots around town to settle for average. read more

First time here and nothing really stands out besides the cabeza taco. Pleasantly surprised at this little hole in the wall shop across from stater bros. This place is pretty bomb! HUGE portions, delicious food and a big salsa table. I came by to order to go: Carne asada burrito Pozole All this food lasted me for 3 different meals, and I can eat a lot. Pozole is one of my favorite soups, and I've ordered to go but sometimes they forget all the extras, and these people gave me ALL the extras, so I thank them for wrapping everything up really nicely too. WOW!! the cutest hole in the wall, everything about this spot rocked. you can sit indoor or outdoor, with the nicest setup. the ambiance was 13/10. i got carnita and asada tacos that were only $2 and they tasted bomb!! the tacos came with grilled onions, radish, lemon and a grilled jalapeño. the parking was easy they have so much space in the back and to top it off, they even run as a drive-thru! service was good!! brought out salsas and our food on good plates!!! not flimsy also took under 5 minutes for my food, they were so fast! read more

I found this quaint little place. Drive thru is convenient. Prices are good and food is delicious. I have tried several dishes. The Green chile and Chile relleno burritos are tasty. Love the Ceviche here as well. The ladies that work and cook here are super nice and friendly. Good portions overall and i am definitely coming back. If you are in the area and are craving a good burrito stop by and check them out. They are following covid protocol as well. read more

I understand that buffets need rules to prevent people from sharing food or taking advantage of the system, but charging $17 for a 2 year old who ate practically nothing seems unreasonable. There should be some sort of reduced price or reasonable policy for toddlers, especially when they consume such a small amount of food. He literally told me, "They won't do anything to me if you post this. I'm friends with the owner." If that's the mindset of management, it's no surprise customers are treated this way. It truly felt like only friends and family received special treatment while everyone else was left waiting without honesty or respect. I have no issue waiting when things are busy, but I do expect transparency, fairness, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience showed none of those qualities.

Even for a drive-thru order, this Mexican restaurant truly delivers excellence. Despite opting for the drive-thru, the quality of their food was great. The asada tacos and enchiladas were still incredibly flavorful and satisfying. Even in the quick interaction at the drive-thru window, Marco was very attentive and patient. With plenty of parking in the back, it's easy to swing by for a quick and delicious meal on the go.
