This is a family owned and operated Mexican food restaurant I found on yelp. We came in got greeted at the door then sat at a booth we choose to start with some smoothies witch were amazing I got the mango and my wife got the green juice and the my oldest got a horchata and the lil one got a strawberry smoothie. The lady serving the table was polite and welcoming also very personable talking to my whole family. I like that they used the space in the building well having both tables and booths with a warm vibe inside. I got the mocahete which was great! The sauce was miles with bold flavor my wife got the pozole she was also impressed my grandma got the chili verde also liking her meal everyone overall was very happy there and we will be going back for sure!

This is a little hole in the wall that has great authentic Mexican food. I discovered this place by driving by. Ordered a few times and have been coming ever since. Very friendly and great service. Overall I believe this place deserves more attention. I support small businesses and I just can't help but offer this review for this awesome place.

Love this place! They're so welcoming and delicious! Been coming here for years. They are our go to for catering and just wanting a home style meal without cooking for yourself on days you don't feel like cooking.

Just want to say this place has saved me soooo many times when I'm craving authentic Menudo at all times of the week. The taste is an explosion of flavor, the temperature is nice and hot and the ambiance is so homey I love it so much! The service and kindness of the owner and employees at the location make me want to go back because of how welcoming and sweet they are. Strongly recommend, this place is definitely my go to for real authentic Mexican food.

Mother's Day Dining Experience To the Management Team,…read moreI am writing to share my recent experience at your establishment this past Mother's Day. As a long-time fan of your restaurant, this was one of my favorite places to dine; however, my experience during this visit was deeply disappointing due to a lack of communication and poor service standards. My primary concerns are as follows: Limited Menu Communication: Upon arriving, I was disappointed to find a restricted holiday menu that did not include the dishes I had specifically come for. While I understand the need for a limited menu on busy holidays, this should have been communicated to guests waiting outside. Waiting an hour to be seated only to realize the items I craved were unavailable was a significant letdown. Inattentive Service: Despite the restaurant not appearing to be at full capacity, the service was lacking. My father's meal arrived significantly later than the rest of the table's, and basic needs--such as coffee refills for my mother and water for the table--were never addressed. No one checked in to see if we were satisfied with our meal at any point. Gratuity Policy: Regarding the 18% gratuity for parties of six or more, I completely respect the policy in principle. However, when the service does not meet basic expectations, being told I must pay a specific dollar amount--in this case, $40--feels intrusive. I am someone who genuinely enjoys leaving generous tips in cash to reward good service; being forced to pay a set amount for a subpar experience felt less like a gratuity and more like an unjustified surcharge. I believe your establishment is capable of much better. I hope you take this feedback into account to ensure future holiday guests receive the transparency and quality of service that originally made me a loyal customer.

We were sad to not see any cocktails yet, hopefully mimosas coming soon. I tried the horchata and the signature chilaquiles. Everything was great, fresh ingredients. Good food and good company!

We ended up at Dollie's Breakfast on a whim and didn't check the reviews beforehand -- honestly, if…read moreI had, we might not have gone. It's located where the old Sizzler used to be (RIP to the cheese bread ). We went on a Sunday around 12:30. It was pretty quiet, but since they close at 2, that made sense. Service was prompt and friendly, and once we ordered, our food came out quickly. The menu is smaller and definitely diner-style. The food itself was just okay -- nothing bad, but nothing standout either. Basic eggs and hash browns. The corned beef hash was clearly from a can, which didn't bother me. The biscuits were a little hard and cold, but the gravy was actually pretty good. Now for the pricing -- $5 for an iced tea and around $7 for orange juice feels a little wild. Our total was $89 before tip for 4 adults and 2 kids (the kids shared one pancake, which was a good size). Overall, it was a decent experience. A bit pricey for what you get, but solid enough. We'd probably go back if we were in the area again -- next time we'd try the lunch menu instead. 4 solid stars.

As my family and I are seating my 4 year old hopped on the booth and was moving to his spot when the booth collapsed in and my son fell in between the wood and floor. He instantly started crying the ONLY EMPLOYEE that came to check on us was Litzy who wasn't even our server she just happened to be near by and helped move us to another booth, and said that she was going to let the manager aware of what happened and that the manager would be checking on us. We move to our booth and our server comes to assist us at our new booth acting like nothing happened. We were upset and debating if we should leave but our kids were hungry so we continued to order hoping the experience would get better and waiting for the manager. The manager never came, we saw a woman Asian employee who looked like the manager & asked her if she was the manager she said kind of not really but asked if there was something she could help with. We just told her nothing we were waiting for the manager. Still no one came. The food was awful flies all inside the building. My husband took our 4 year old to the restroom and immediately said EWW. Restrooms disgusting. We got the check and our server told us she only charged us for the adult plates and not the kids plates bc of what happened with our son falling. Her first time acknowledging what happened to my son, not once did she ask if he was okay or needed anything. My husband complained to Litzy who was processing our payment about our experience at their establishment. She apologized deeply for our experience (EVEN THOUGH IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HER) and was the only employee to show concern over our son getting hurt shoutout Litzy the only employee with a heart and good customer service. Families stay away from here all booths are wobbly and not secure, the spot is filthy. If something happens the staff is going to keep acting like they saw nothing. Better off going to McDonald's.

The WORSE thing about this is that the worker at the bar area told him if he was looking for someone & he said he was waiting for an interview & the man said WHAT NO & laughed about it, instantly the man waiting for an interview looked discouraged especially since he said it where customers can hear , that to me was a bully comment. Some older lady came and said the manager was in a meeting & to come back later, but he wanted to wait so she offered him coffee or water. Caramelo is way too good & customer service is great to have bullies as an employee. Obviously if the gentleman is waiting for an interview Is because there's space for more employees to work.
