Replacing fries with house-made potatoes adds a nice variation. It was missing sliced pickles. The flavor was good and melted cheese paired well. Today I also placed my order ahead of time, drove about 10 minutes to pick it up, and still had to wait another 10 minutes once I arrived, only to receive a meal that wasn't what I was expecting. I genuinely like this restaurant, and the owner is always lovely, so I really hope they can work on consistency--both with the ingredients/sides and the flavor.
