The homemade tortillas and salsas were SO good! Their menu calls the tacos, burritos. They're pretty much one big taco. I got the Potato's Mexican way with cheese and sausage, another ordered cheese, chorizo, and another ordered sausage egg n cheese. Everything was insanely good! Stopped in for an early Sunday lunch to meet friends who were driving home from Lubbock to Fort Worth. My combo meal was outstanding. Service was very slow but friendly. Stopped here last week on a trip up to Colorado from Austin. If you're passing through and need food, this is definitely the place to stop if you like Mexican. Not only was the breakfast and lunch food great, everyone there was extremely friendly. We got multiple burritos and tacos for breakfast and for later - the burritos were made from scratch, and while a bit on the small side, we ordered two each and they tasted amazing. Been working here for a week looking for some good Mexican food, found a few good places, but this blows them out of the water, real authentic food and great flavor. This is actually the surprisingly good Taqueria Rodriquez. We were passing through Sweetwater and our entourage took a chance and descended en masse into this little gem. Good food, great service and were very flexible about creating for us what we wanted that was not on the menu (several of us wanted a nice salad, which they made with lettuce, fajita vegetables, seasoned shredded chicken and salsa - yum!).
