Long Beach BBQ Festival: 05/23/2026…read more This was one of my favorite spots during the day. - Prime Brisket (Fatty vs Lean) 5/5: Sooo juicy and (plastic) fork tender, with a great smoke ring and flavorful bark. It was wobderful by itself, but the sauce added a great kick/tang. - Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese 4.5/5: Cheesey and almost buttery/nutty from the Gouda. A good texture, too. The portions were well worth the price, and the food came out quickly. They seemed more organized than others, which was appreciated. They were super nice, and answered our questions when we ordered. I will be checking for them at future events. I will grab one of their "Eat Brisket, Live Forever" shirts, too, haha.

This place was awesome. The customer service was great! Everyone was super friendly, checked on us,…read moreand made sure we were satisfied. The BBQ was really good. We had brisket, spare ribs, alpastor porkbelly, mac and cheese, and coleslaw. The brisket had good flavor and it was so tender, the ribs were tender and very well seasoned, and the alpastor porkbelly were my favorite. The mac and cheese was creamy and not overwhelmed by cheese, and the mango habanero coleslaw was flavorful and a nice little break from all the meat. And those churro cheesecake bites? So good. Sweet, creamy, flaky, cinnamon-y... basically dangerous because I could've kept eating them. Overall, great food, great service, and definitely a place I will be coming back to.

This was the first time in my life that I've had such high-quality French fries in America. The staff is so friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the service is unbelievably fast. Usually, you have to wait a long time for food, but here everything was prepared so quickly without sacrificing quality. From the amazing food to the outstanding customer service, this was one of the best dining experiences I've had. I highly recommend Freshes to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service. I'll definitely be coming back

The six nuggets were unique in that they were like fried chicken meatballs if I had to explain. The box comes with choice of 3 sauces. Their ketchup is also unique in that it tastes vinegary. I enjoyed it, along with their fry sauce (idk how to explain that taste) and ranch (self explanatory). However, I was disappointed with the quantity of fries. As you can see in the pic, you could see the bottom of the box before even starting to eat. The fries were minimal, which is weird considering that's got to be a cheap item for them and it's in their business name. Food trucks are overpriced to begin with ($17 including tax and small tip), but I at least expected a lot of fries!

After…read morepicking up my grandson and his buddy I was taking a short cut home through a warehousee part of Jurupa Valley. There on Philadelphia just east of Etiwanda was the familiar night time glow of a food truck. "I want Tacos" meant I would have to risk life and limb fighting off hoodlums to satisfy my wife's craving. The only lighting was the faint glow of the street lights and a haphazardly hung string of lights from the truck. I scoped out the place and gave the family the all clear. My wife had the tripas tacos I ordered a asada quesadilla and my grandson ordered asada tacos. His buddy didn't want anything. My wife's tripas came out first. That sounded weird. Then my quesadilla and the tacos. Of course there was a selection of salsa's which I found hot my wife said they were not. She's a hard core paisa that's why. No place to sit as with all good food trucks so you find a nearby bumper or truck bed. The food was fantastic. In talking to the cashier I found out they are from Sinaloa where my family originated. Nice! We headed back to the car. Always vigilant for unsavory types but all was good and safe. Track down Tacos el Mike I'm pretty sure they have an Instagram. Friday nights on Philadelphia just east of Etiwanda go get some Sinaloa Style food. It's worth the trip.

Orders are prepared quickly, and the quality of the food is consistently outstanding. Highly recommended menu items include the torta and quesadilla--both are easily 10/10. Be sure to try their aguas frescas as well. Depending on the day, they offer options like agua de Jamaica and agua de cebada. The agua de cebada is especially worth trying, along with the refreshing té de jazmín. A standout feature is their tacos de marlin (fish), which are seasonal and perfect during Lent. They're packed with flavor, have that authentic marlin taste, and a great crunch that really sets them apart. Easy Parking No Traffic! Clean Area! Amazing view seeing all the Semi Trucks! Overall, it's a spot worth visiting regularly with your friends and family--I personally make it a point to go every Friday. Highly recommended.

I was about to order the ribs but wanted something a lil different & decided to give the brisket nachos a try!! And DAMN am I glad that I did!! After placing my order(I was advised to get the small by the really sweet woman who took my order) because she said it would feed 2. I paid, waited and when I picked up my nachos, my eyes popped outta my head. My plate looked like it could feed 4 not two!!!! AND it was heavy!!! When I finally got back to my seat(after being stopped several times to point to where I gotten my food)I dug into what I can only describe as the absolute BEST brisket nachos that I have EVER had in my life! I thought I'd died & gone to food heaven! Let me tell you....the meat was flavorful & tender & plentiful! And it was just the right(not skimpy)amount of toppings which were layered all throughout the chips to the bottom of my plate & not just "on top!" And you could tell that the beans, cheese, & cilantro....were all FRESH! This was my 4th time attending this festival(I'll be back next year) & I'm praying that S&E's Food Team will be back as well cuz I'm DEFINITELY grabbing me another plate of their scrumptious nachos!! (but I think I'll get the pulled pork next time!!)

"I respond I want it because I can afford it and she said "be nice." The passive aggressiveness did not equate to the pricing, meal or service. I expected the food to be top Tier since the price was so Expensive. We waited 20 minutes in line and 9 minutes off to the side for our food and an additional 10 minutes for our drinks ultimately the food was a 3 out of 10.The cheese was from a can, the Mac and cheese/ greens didn't have any flavor. Not worth the $100 price tag for 1 nacho, 2 drinks, Mac and cheese and greens.
