The fries were minimal, which is weird considering that's got to be a cheap item for them and it's in their business name. Then my quesadilla and the tacos. Of course there was a selection of salsa's which I found hot my wife said they were not. She's a hard core paisa that's why. No place to sit as with all good food trucks so you find a nearby bumper or truck bed. The food was fantastic. In talking to the cashier I found out they are from Sinaloa where my family originated.
