I was excited to try Pablitos as it is right next to where I live. I can literally walk to this location and it would have been super convenient so I wanted to like this place. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I walked in and there were a few people sitting and eating, there was no line and I went directly to the counter to order. The #1 turn off for me for any establishment is the lack of Customer Service and at the least some sort of acknowledgment such as "we will be right with you" or "welcome in" or "can I help you" I understand you may be busy (which they weren't) but at least some acknowledgment. I sat there and stared at 4 workers. 1 guy was prepping food in the back, another was giving the orders and I believe also prepping food. What really bothered me is there were two girls in the front and they were talking and laughing with each other and not caring that I'm standing in front of them. Literally like I'm invisible being completely ignored. Then someone else got behind me also ready to order and he was starting to get confused. After 5 minutes of being ignored I was ready to leave and one of the girls took my order PRICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD: I ordered a $15 quesadilla and a $4 taco. The food was edible but no where near good. The lomo taco was 5/10 basically edible. The quesadilla was a 6/10 everything was ok except the carne asada was tough as hell and just a huge disappointment. I can't see myself coming back. THEN they promote this "4% cash discount" which is a nice way of saying "we charge a credit card fee but we don't want to tell you" EXPENSIVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOOD IS MID I don't see this place lasting too long. read more

Pablitos Tacos is a top tier taco shop. Super clean and authentic. I ordered a shrimp taco and a beef taco. Both were filled and topped with plenty of fresh ingredients. Salsas were tasty and had a nice kick to it. Nice spot for your taco or burrito craving. read more

9/28/25 Sunday... Be prepared to wait up to an hour or more for your food. Their grand opening was Friday 9/26/25. There's only one cashier taking orders. Should've had both registers opened in my opinion. I ordered 2 carne asada tacos for $8.16. The meat was very flavorful. This place is located where the Rolling Taquitos was on Bedford Canyon Rd. Take a good look at their menu as some food items are expensive. All the staff were definitely doing the best they can with getting the food prepared and to the customers. I even saw the male manager helping out. Heads up it's best to pay with cash to get a discount. If you pay with a credit card you're charge a fee. I'll be back in a couple of weeks once the newness wears off. read more

I had such high expectations for this place! But honestly, it was a disappointment first let's start with the taco. It has absolutely no flavor the guacamole that's on there overpowers the whole thing so you can't even taste the meat. The tortilla was served cold, which is unfair because you should be giving me a hot tortilla second I ordered the Carne Asada fries. The meat was tasteless. The hot sauce that was provided to me had heat, but absolutely no taste. Maybe this is common for Peruvian food cause I've never had it but I've had years of experiencing in Mexican food and this is maybe some of the worst. Personally, I would consider adding a lot more seasoned to your meat also serving less guacamole in the taco so you could actually taste everything not just the guacamole, which honestly it's not even that good either it's not your typical guacamole. The Hot sauce add in some tomatoes , tomatillos, onions salt I promise you it would be a lot tastier. read more

This place has some good Mexican food with a touch of Peruvian. Ordered the Lomo Saltado Plate. Has fries on the bottom with steak lomo, red onions, roma tomatoes, with rice and also can't forget their in house signature crack sauce. That sauce goes hand and hand with any menu items! Service is excellent here, food came out quick! They also have a nice outside patio area as well. $1 taco Tuesdays, must order from theie online portal. 10 tacos minimum. It's a good deal! read more

New local spot! The tacos are awesome & tortillas are definitely hand-made. The crunchy tacos are really good also! I can't wait to try the lomo saltado next! My only critique is service seems a bit disorganized. My husband order us a total of 8 tacos & somehow came home with 11 and realized he was charged for 11, a bit of a mistake on their end because they had originally repeated our order back to us correctly but they are a new location so we don't mind having patience read more

Came in today for their soft opening after making a deposit next door. Didn't know they were open yet but when I saw the doors open, you know I had to stop in! Instantly greeted by staff and management! Everyone was super nice and helpful with navigating the menu and providing recommendations! Ended up ordering the traditional burrito and two crispy tacos with shredded beef to go! The food was outstanding. Great flavor and hearty portions! Stop in for their grand opening! I've finally given up on this place. The food is way over priced for what it is. Tonight was the final straw. Paid $17 for asada fries that has one scoop of meat, a little cheese and some guac. See photo. They forgot my veggie tacos which set me off. And after giving them a call they informed me they no longer serve veggie tacos. TAKE IT OFF THE MENU! Problem solved!! They hardly put any meat in the tacos. The salsas are bland. They only have 2 salsas to choose from btw. I'm over it. I'll stick to the local taqueria food truck. IYKYK. read more

Update: came back to get the one thing I previously enjoyed, fish tacos. Took a while, but that's ok, fish has got to fry. Then the cook takes one beer battered filet out of the fryer. I thought that was weird as I ordered two, only to see them cut it down the center to make two tacos. The tacos are then dressed with sauces and enough cabbage to qualify this meal as a salad. Then my plate was left next to the register where it was ignored until a third employee arrived carrying sacks of meat who asked if I'd like to dine in or take out. The two things I previously praised were the service and the fish tacos. I no longer stand by that, hard pass. read more

Went in at 7:30pm, they had no crack sauce, the guy was already mopping the floors and smelled of cleaning solution, stoves were cleaned - should have been my sign to leave... Local spot figured I'd give it a shot. Ordered the Loaded Fries - chicken was chewy, and also ordered the 3 taco plate - carne asada was chewy. Seemed like the proteins had been sitting in "warm" temp since early afternoon - maybe if I came in earlier the food would have been more fresh. Our first experience was mediocre. I got 3 asada tacos. For the price (!), the tortillas were yummy but the avocado was lacking. That's one of the best parts about a TJ-style taco, imo. My husband was disappointed with the birria tacos because they were missing the major components that made it a birria taco :( Only horchata was available for agua frescas, which for practically $6, was just water mixed with powder. We will not be returning. read more

Cute place with delicious food in a mall with a variety of eateries. Homemade tortillas the best I ever tasted, the shrimp taco was juicy and tasty, and the French fries were better than in most American places. Staff very patient and accommodating. Pablitos Tacos has a really casual, welcoming vibe that I always appreciate after the gym. The tortillas are great, the meat is juicy, and everything just tastes fresh. Carmen was really helpful when I wasn't sure what to order, and she even brought our food and salsa out to us since we were sitting outside. Little things like that make a difference. I come here pretty regularly and will definitely keep coming back to try more of their menu items read more

I tried the chicken and al pastor tacos tonight and it was not that great. Al pastor was overly salty and the chicken barely had favorite. I had hoped the salsa's would help with the flavors but they were just as tasteless. The place was clean & the staff were nice, but I'd rather drive down to 6th St for some real flavorful mexican food. read more

I came back in for a second visit after my last review to order the surf and turf burrito with no guacamole. It's listed on my receipt. I ordered it to go and they had a side of guacamole that I handed back to them and said, thanks but I don't like guacamole. I get in my car drive to my appointment where I was planning on enjoying the only meal I've had today just to take a bit and fungal F*cking guacamole in my burrito. Now I am out $20.00 and im still hand won't be able to eat for another 3 or 4 hours! To say I am unhappy would be a gross understatement. The likelihood of me returning her has dipped below slim and none. It not even like the place was busy. Wow. My first time here and when I walked through the door, the owner Chris, came up and gave me a handshake and introduced himself. After telling him it was my first time, he said get the Chilli Relleno burrito. They were all out, so hi ordered the Surf N' Turf burrito. Wow. Wow. This thing is loaded with flavors that satisfied my pallet really well. The burrito is huge as you can see in the photo. $22.29 was the price out the door for the burrito only. But trust me, it's worth every penny. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be heading back to this place for sure. read more

Pablitos tacos is a good place but absolutely not priced correctly. I had the three taco plate $31.67. With rice and beans. I don't mind paying high prices such as this but don't feel the quality, taste, customer service and location of this place justifies this price. Tacos were okay. Not what you would expect for a plate which by the way (combo plate) does not include a drink. Ooff! Not coming back here. read more

The chicken was tender and well seasoned with soy without being too salty. There was a fair amount of onions and tomatoes which were stir-fried along with the meat. The fries were freshly made with a light crispy exterior and creamy interior to soak up the saltado sauce. The aji verde salsa was on the spicy side but tasted good as an accompaniment to the dish. There was plenty of sauce from the stir fry for the extra portion of rice I ordered. I plan on ordering the Lomo Saltado next time. The staff were polite and efficient. For our visit, we got the classics: 1) Lomo Saltado: -Deliciously seasoned and moist pieces of lean beef with sauteed onions, tomatoes, with fries and rice. -I usually don't like sauteed veggies, but the slight char and the sweetness went so deliciously well with the umami of the beef and the double carbs of the rice and the fries are just so deliciously indulgent with the salty combo of the proteins. -Love, love, LOVE the Aji and Chimichurri sauces that they have here too. Truly the pinnacle of this type of cuisine and adds such a delicious burst of flavor to an already flavorful dish. 2) Chaufa de Pollo: -Simple chicken fried rice with onions and some scrambled eggs and bits of chicken. Some chicken bits were a tad dry and the rice was a little oily, but not too big of a deal since this was a very indulgent lunch for us. Would love to come back again to try more of their menu.

I had an amazing experience at Pablito's Tacos thanks to Erick, Carmen, and Edic! The service and hospitality were absolutely outstanding. They were all extremely generous, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Not only were they helpful and professional, but they also made the whole visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. It's rare to find people who treat you like family while still delivering top-notch service, but Erick, Carmen, and Edic did exactly that. My husband and I were anticipating the opening of this taco shop and they didn't disappoint! The menu is diverse, the food was flavorable and rich and the staff were all smiles. They worked very hard to get all the orders out and not sacrifice the quality of the food. The owner was helping out behind the counter which showed his dedication and the Pablito's founder was also on site and took the time to speak with us and show his hospitality! Came the first week and they were super busy and ticket times were slow, came back today and ticket times were faster and the quality of the food was better. Spoke to the cashier and he said they had some growing pains, but worth through them. Glad to hear that they made the adjustments. The cashier said the owners are both locals and want to improve things since the first month. I guess they will be having more promotions to come and told me that Taco Tuesday is in the works.
