Thus, I ordered 3 double Italian Hotdogs bc I knew I needed to share the love with my husband and grandma. The owner stated it would be a little wait for the potatoes. No worries, fresh food is always a plus for me. I ran back to my car to get out of the pouring rain. About 10 mins later, the gentleman called me over to let me know my food was ready. Surprisingly, the sandwiches came with chips and he even threw in a small bag of cookies. That small gesture went a long way bc my grandma loves cookies (especially famous Amos cookies). Upon arriving back to my house. I unwrapped my Italian hotdog and immediately smiled. The potatoes were covered in a nice layer of ketchup. The bread was so soft I could see my fingerprints in it. As I bit into the sandwich I could see the multiple layers of potatoes, onions, peppers, and hotdogs. Everything was delicious. I assume my husband and granny felt the same way bc they both finished their sandwiches before I ate half of mine. Will I return to D's Italian Hotdogs?! Absolutely!!!

We didn't know what to expect as far as the setup or number of vendors but there was signage throughout the village directing you to the Farmers Market and the other shops. The number of actual farmers / farm stands at the market was minimal but there were lots of other vendors such as bake shops, breweries, distilleries and a variety of merchandise stands. We wandered into a few of the Antique Shops which were filled to the brim with tons of treasures, almost to the point where I'd dare say almost overwhelming lol. But they were all beautifully kept. Parking was plentiful - but keep in mind we arrived before 10am on a Sunday. Would we be back ... perhaps, but it was a nice morning overall.

I checked Yelp for a place nearby and found this shop I bought the brown sugar boba tea drink and it was delicious! This is a small little shop and a tiny strip mall. They also sell food for takeout (there's no place to sit). It appeared the food may be Vietnamese in origin. It seemed like it was very popular for takeout as people were coming in and they were taking orders over the phone. Anyway I can't vouch for the food, but I can vouch for the brown sugar Boba drink!

And we also saw a lot of Tuna options for entrees, again, odd. I did want steak originally, but NY strip isn't my fave, and I opted for Veal Medallions- very good. Sauce was delicious, veggies cooked just fine. $12 for an Arugula starter salad with legit, one tomato wedge was again ... odd. My friend had the beet salad and Branzino special, said they were both good. Only off thing was her Old Fashioned had the coloration of a Shirley Temple, but the flavor was on par and good. We were able to get one of the last booths in the restaurant. It is pretty small inside and there are about probably 10 or so booths and a small counter. Our server came over and greeted us with menus and a specials menu. We were thinking we would get a burger as that is what they are known for besides ice cream. We saw that adding lettuce, tomato, and onions was extra, so we decided on just getting the California Burger medium, which has all of that on it. For a side, we ordered tots. On the menu under burgers, it says add fries for $5, but that is also the price for fries and tots if you order them all a carte. Our food came out pretty quickly. Our burger looked like a premade bubba burger or patty from Costco. It was cooked to our liking but it somehow felt mushy. The tots were nice and crispy. We ordered a fountain drink and a boost. For $26 for a burger, tots and two drinks I felt was a little much. I think we will stick to ice cream in the future. This place is cash only and their restrooms are outside of the restaurant.
